Jason's POV (skylars brother)
Walking over to my sister's bed I look at her and kneel down to hug her.
Speaking low I start talking
"Sky. you don't know how much it hurt me to see you cry that day that father and I disappeared. I watched for a while. I wanted to break down. I wanted to run to you just to hug you and tell you everything will be fine. You were and will always be my little sister , my little angel. I remember those days when we would run around in the yard together. Honestly that's what got me through all of this that has been going on. There were many times when I just wanted to look for you and hold you just to never let go. But i couldn't and that's what hurt the most. I know I made you suffer because I wasn't there to hold and protect you. But I can make you a promise now. I will never let you go. I will never not be there for you again. Just please wake up. I want to be able to hold you again. I want to carry you like the old times. But I guess I'll have to wait" I hold her hand, tears begging to be let out, my eyes burning. I kiss her hand and stay there for a while.
"Jason. Give me a moment with your sister. " I look up at my father. And nod. Going outside where I believe everyone is.
