I woke up to really bright lights in my face, a loud beeping machine, and an IV in my arm. I sat up right away screaming. I looked over and only say Isaac asleep sitting as Melissa is running into the room. I screamed again Isaac woke up. "Hey hey hey Stiles you have been in a coma for a good six weeks since your birthday." Melissa says. "Wait what I was with Derek and I. He. I." I started freaking out. "Shhh shhh Stiles. Please please calm down. You have been dreaming. Your dad is at work Scott is at school with eveyone else Peter and Derek are somewhere doing something I have thought to stay with you. And you are still in school I have been doing your work. Well getting your work for you. I will help you with all of it." Isaac spoke softly and sweet to me. "But that's not possible. I didn't." I stopped in mend sentence. "Isaac how did I get here?" He smiles then looked really sad "I was walking to your house because I had gotten you something for your birthday. Because I didn't forget by Scott and everyone did I guess. I went to the store to buy you a cupcake, soda and pick up the movies we always watched and I did. I called you but you didn't pick up. So after I got the stuff I ran to your house. And I saw you on your roof and well you started to slip off so I jumped up on your roof and grabbed you and carried you to the hospital... And well. I don't know..."

I smiled at the thought that someone didn't forget my birthday. "Isaac. Thanks I love you." He came up and hugged me "Stiles I couldn't let you die. Everyone has been worried. And well if Melissa let's you out tonight. Tomorrow Friday. I whiched all of our classes to were me and you have them together and people won't mess with you." I smiled "But I'm still confused Isaac I." Melissa cut me off "Isaac. Stiles. Someone paid for your bills and you can go home. But your dad called Stiles. He is town of town with Scott's dad doing FBI work. He just got called out to. And everything so you are going to stay with Isaac." "Oh okay mama." I said softly. "Isaac please take Stiles to your house make sure he gets sleep and goes to school in the morning. And catch him up on stuff." So what happened between me and Derek wasn't real????? This can't be true.

Isaac walks me out. "You know Derek stopped by the first week. I haven't seem him since no one has. He disappeared again."
