Hey guys, this is a new story I thought of. It's a 'Little Red Riding Hood' story but with my own twist and how I see the story. This chapter us just a prologue and I only wanted to see what you all thought about it for right now before I try and continue with anything. I have alot planned for this so whether you like my story or not I will still continue with it till the very end. So just read it for now and tell me what you think and how I could fix anything cause I truly want to know and I won't bite if you have some hurtfull comments that are truly needed to help me. The harsher the more honest in my opinion. Well enough chit chat and on with the prologue of 'A little red hood and a big bad wolf'!

A little red hood and a big bad wolf?

-----Prologue: the little red hooded girl-----

So much light and bright colors danced about, engulfing the little girls with a hue of happiness. The breeze wild and free while it blew all around the little field and whipped the girls little red hooded cape in all directions.

Her hands shot out to her sides, the sensation of flying over taking her as her sweet giggles rang around the field. Echoing off the trees around her and blowing through the forest where all could hear with in a mile tops.

A low growl stopped the little girl in her mid flight experience. Her eyes going wide as a massive black wolf, with grey staining it's muzzle, slowly stepped out from the dark forest. It's eyes watching her every move while it's eyes were distant and in deep thought if what to do next.

The little girl squealed in delight as she ran as fast as she could to the beast before her, flinging herself at it with open arms that instantly looped around the furry neck. Her head nuzzled deep into the rough fur and a low rumble, one that seemed to fit a cat more then a wolf, burst from the wolfs chest as a goofy grin spread across it's muzzle.

It slid out of the girls grasp and stepped back, giving a small bark back towards the forest and a small bundle of fluff bounded out. The girls face lit up instantly as she met the bundle half way and jumped at it. They rolled and played for most of the day until the sun started to drift away and the girl turned her head around towards the sound of people calling for her.

A sharp cry escaped her mouth as the small pup nipped her side through her long dress and ripped it. Blood flowed in tiny drops as tears slid down her face and the black pup started licking it all away gently.

Her eyes drifted closed for a second and when they re-opened a boy her age with long black hair stood in front of her.

"Elizabeth!" A voice bellowed, followed by many figures with torches running towards her and the boy who now stood in front of the wolf with the girl behind him protectively.

All h*ll broke loose as the men charged the wolf at the sight if blood on the little girl. Both kids where picked up and rushed away as snarls ripped through the forest, a sickening howl of defeat finally ending it all as they returned to the village at dusk. Leaving the last shifting wolf dead in the field... So people thought.

------18 years later-------

"Elizabeth, hold still child or you will never get out to see that little friend of yours!" A frail women scolded, pulling the brush through the rats nest of brown curls that sat upon her granddaughters head.

"I have a new gift for you, my dear." Spoke the women, finished Elizabeth's hair by pulling the sides back and braiding them softly.

"Oh, grandmother what is it?" Elizabeth clapped excitedly, standing up and turning around quickly once she knew that her hair was finished. Her hands instantly went to rest on her oversized stomach, waiting for her water to brake today.

Elizabeth hadn't noticed her grandmother had left until she was right before her once again with a long flowing red cape."I know your other one's to small for you now that you are twenty of one." Her grandmother smiled as she brought the cape around from behind her and pulled it over Elizabeth's shoulders so she could tie it in the front.

"Now go find your lover so you can be together for the birth of your child. Oh, and tell your dear sister I said 'hello'!" Her grandmother smiled, ushering Elizabeth out the door ad into the forest where James was already awaiting.

"My love, you look gorgeous!" James exclaimed, over come by Elizabeth's pure beauty. His eyes took in every detail as I'd was the last time he would ever see them.

Elizabeth's light blue dress brought out the tanned tone of her skin along with the slender yet strong body she with held. The dark brown curls fitted along her face in all the right places and made her moss green eyes more apparent.

"Come, Elizabeth, the village awaits your arrival for the birth of our child." James smiled, his dull blue eyes lighted with excitement.

Elizabeth nodded and started walking towards James as he stood deeper in the forest, a broad smile on her face until she felt the water run down her legs and knew it was time."James!" She cried, falling forward. Her body was easily caught by the strong arms if James as he picked her up and took off running at inhuman speed.

This was one of the times Elizabeth was happy knowing the secret James held in him, the secret of being the shape-shifting wolf...

They where at the village in moments and James was shouting for help as he laid Elizabeth down in a bed of straw, only to be pushed away as his child was born.

What seemed like hours later to Elizabeth, the child was born.... Or should she say children. Twins to be exact. One black haired little girl and a dirty blonde haired girl.

But her moment if joy was soon ended as a women shrieked in fear as the mark of the beast was seen from her dress being hitched up to high and exposing her upper thigh all the way to her left side.

Men started grabbing for Elizabeth and the children, taking all of them with no mercy in their touch as the dragged them towards crosses and stakes.

"James!!!" Elizabeth cried, watching as her beloved was now snarling in rage as his body changed forms till his black wolf now stood menacingly before all.

Blood was shed throughout the village, but in the end James was driven out of the village as the tied his children to crosses and staked his wife to the largest in the middle as a fire was started and they slowly burned away.

From that moment on James made a vow to plague that forsaken village and teach his own young to do the same. He would gladly except the old name 'Big bad wolf' like his father had.
