I get home and get ready for bed. I lay there snuggled under my duvet replaying all the events that took place today. It was literally Amazing to meet him and hit it off so well. Hell, I even got his number! I think I'll text him in the morning.
*next day Yey!* (I purposely spelled yay wrong btw)
I get up and take a shower to get to work at a reasonable time. Meeting Phil has definitely made it easier to get up in the morning. Lately it has felt as if the same thing is happening daily, so Phil is a wonderful addition to my boring life. I finish breakfast and pull my phone out of my pocket to text him.
You- Hey, its (y/n) the barista remember? Just wanted to make sure you knew how much fun I had last night. ^_^
He answered about a half a second later.
Phil- I'm glad you enjoyed yourself as much as I did. We should hang out next week. :P
You- Sounds great! Do u have a place in mind?
Phil- cool. I was thinking you could come back to our apartment. Since Dan lives here he will be with us. What do u say?
You- I say it would be lovely :3
Phil- Great! Ill meet you at the park next Friday evening at 9:00, then? We will have pizza and games :)
You- works for me! See you then! ;)

I make it to work on time, surprisingly. I daydream pretty much the whole week leading up to our date. Im pretty sure its a date. Oh well ill find out when I get there.
*time skip to next Friday cause I dont do fillers for one shot type things XD*
I dressed pretty casual in my (f/c) dress and studded flats. I make it to the park an hour early from all the anticipation that was eating at me. While sitting on a bench I realized im probably really over dressed just to go to his house. Im sure it will be okay, its better to be over dressed than under dressed. Apparently Phil was just as excited as me to show up 30 minutes early. He looked pretty shocked to see me here already. He was dressed relatively nice too. He had on a white button down and jeans.
"Haha. I beat you here!" I say playing with him a bit.
"I didnt know we were racing or I would have spent the night here!" He says playing back with a smirk.
That made me melt inside. I know he was playing, but it made me feel special to know he would have spent the night in the cold to beat me here.
"Does that mean this is a date?" I blurt out, blushing slightly.
"If you want it to be, Sure!"
We walk back to his place holding hands. It makes me feel good to finally find someone equally as cool and fun as I find myself to be. We arrive at the flat and he opens the door for us. I meet Dan as he comes running to the door im guessing to see what i look like. He was super nice as well. I was surprised at just how awkward he was in real life, but I still liked that about him. We get to talking and Dan mentions how he already ordered the pizza. Since he was vegan I was happy to know there would be a veggie pizza. (If you dont like veggie im sorry your just gonna have to eat it X3) The pizza shows up right after he mentions it and we start our video game marathon. We start playing ocarina of time and since it was a single player two people could watch while they ate. Half way into a boss, Dan gets up to use the bathroom leaving me and Phil alone. I was just about to beat the boss and Phil leans over and starts kissing me. I was screaming internally as I deepened the kiss. Of course I ended up dying, but i couldn't be mad at him. We end the kiss and I go to restart the game.
"Thats payback for beating me to the park." He laughs.
"Best payback ever! Other than the fact I died, but i guess ill just get over that." I say smiling.
This was the most amazing time I've had in months!
