Serena POV
Ugh 6:00 am why?! I start getting ready for school and my huge softball tryouts today. I grab my bag and water bottle and fill it up. I open and the fridge and theres nothing in there except so yogurt great!😑 i guess i have to go with that. "Mom Im going! wont be back till around 7:00!" by the time im out of the house and i my car its already 7:00.
I get to school and lets just say i have the three worst classes first: english( cause I suck at it and I fall asleep), math, and history. I go to my locker to get my books and just as i close my locker I see my step brother and his group of idiots. Except of course Shawn. He's the only one in my brother's group that actually has a brain and isnt a douche. Ya I see him everyday, but ive never have had the courage to talk to him. Plus he's my step brother's best friend that would be wierd right?
Classes are a blur as usual, but the day goes by pretty quickly. Next thing i know im on the field getting ready for the tryouts. I see a couple of people in the stands watching the tryouts including my brother, some of his stupid friends and Shawn. Wait what... Shawn. Crap! I start to get really nervous all of a sudden and my hands get really sweaty. " ok Serena, calm your booty down your fine." They start us off in outfield and I catch all the balls. The last one i dove for it and i caught it. I look over to the stands and see Shawn smiling at me until his face changes and and both my step brother and him punch one of thier friends in the arm. Mmm wonder what that was?
