Charlize stopped walking a few minutes later. The wind blew through the trees, causing the trees to make creepy ruffling sounds. I stopped the moment she stopped, to check if she was okay.

"You okay?" I asked, looking at her pale face. "You look pale.." I continued.

"I'm always pale. And I'm fine." She replied almost immediately. She carried on with the walking which she paused a few seconds ago. I followed her, not saying anything.

The autumn breeze began to get stronger and stronger as time passed. Thankfully, we reached in time, before we could be swept up in the strong winds.

"You're here. Get inside, quick. Or you could stay here out and catch a cold. Your choice." She said as she began to walk off once more.

I wasn't going to let her go this time. I caught her arm before she could be gone out of my sight and dragged her into my house.

"Are you crazy? What about you? You're a girl and a girl definitely can't be left out like that!" I exclaimed, shutting the door behind me. "Sit." I said to her, as she still kept her blank expression.

"I don't need your help, Styles." She remarked, looking at the pictures hung on the wall next to the staircase that led up to my room.

"Okay, this is getting creepy. How on earth do you know my name and my surname?" I asked as she tried to avoid eye contact with me.

"I know everything about everyone." She replied calmly. She adjusted her scarf once more. The inanimate object actually began to piss me off, seeing that I was feeling hot just by looking at the way she dressed, even though a lot of cold energy radiated from her.

I sighed and found out it'd be no use putting an effort in asking her questions. "Please, sit down." I motioned to the couch. She looked at me and back at the couch and stood there for a bit. She finally made her way to the couch and sat, crossing her arms at her chest and looking away. I sat on the couch opposite to her and placed my elbows on my knees.

I opened my mouth to speak and she cut me off by speaking. "You can't see me, right?"

I was speechless. "Pardon?"

"Pinch yourself." She narrowed her eyes a bit. "Wait, let me do it." She said as she brought her hand out and pinched my hand pretty harshly. "Ow!" I whined, "That wasn't necessary, you know?" I said, rubbing my arm where she pinched me. Her touch was still cold as ice. She cocked both her eyebrows and furrowed it immediately.

"So you're not dreaming.." She said as she leaned back, plopping herself onto the couch. She closed her eyes and let out a sigh. "It's weird.." She said as she kept her eyes closed.

"What is?" I enquired, furrowing my eyebrows as she opened her eyes.

"You're not supposed to see me.." Her words sent shivers down my spine. Words weren't my capability right now. "What... do you mean?" I asked, swallowing the lump in my throat.

She diverted her eyes from whatever she was staring at, and looked at me. She unfolded her arms and stood up. I copied her action and stood up after her.

She opened her mouth to speak, but she was cut off by loud banging and thumping against my front door. She plopped down on the couch once more, and let out a frustrated sigh. I looked at her and my door and rushed to my door, opening it, only to reveal a girl at my doorstep, hugging herself as the autumn winds swiped across our bodies.

"I've seemed to have lost my way, and this storm is dreading. I was hoping for a place to stay until the storm stopped, if you don't mind?" She asked as her blond hair covered most of her face. I couldn't turn down the request, so I let her in. "Uh... Sure. Come on in." I welcomed her into my house. She thanked me and stepped into the house, and I shut the door behind us.
