The rain pelted off the motel windows. This was the third night in a row that the weather had been like this, it was annoying, all she wanted to do was go out and help people, save the world, but she wasn't allowed to. She had to stay inside and do research whilst her friend Gabriel went out and done all the hunting for her. He was an over-protective git at times but she loved him he was like a brother to her, the only family she had really ever had. Her name was Kira Blackwood, she was a 25 year old hunter from Lawerence, Kansas. Kira had been a hunter most of her life, well ever since she could remember, her father would tell her tales of things that go bump in the night. Her father was a hunter too, a well known one at that, his name was Cameron Blackwood. Cameron was a very loveable man and he was known within the hunter's as the gifted one, the reason for this was he could kill anything without any hassle that's why a lot of people loved to hunt with him as the job was done in no time. Kira was stuck in the room, Gabriel had locked her in and took the only key so he knew that she wouldn't be able to get out. Yes, there was windows but they were far to small for her to fit through. She was stuck in the room with all the books and dust, but the good thing about being left alone is that you have time to think, and think she did of a way out to do what she did best. She looked around the room as she bit her lip deep in thought of a way to get out, she smirked as she realised she had a lock pick in her duffle bag, she quickly got up and made her way over to her bag opening it and quickly searching through it. She began to rumage around inside searching for her lock pick, she knew she was going to need the other stuff in her bag so she decided once she found her lock pick she would unlock the door and leave with her things. Kira continued to dig around in her bag as she finally found the lock pick, she grinned to herself as she picked up her bag and ran up to the door. She unlocked the door and left, she couldn't be stuck in the room anymore, she needed to be free to help the world, to avenge the death of her father. She was going to do what she done best.

Screaming. That's all you could hear from number 23. Loud, high pitched, bloodcurdling, screaming. It was like someone was watching a horror movie with the volume up full. Inside of the house, it was a very different story, a young girl around the age of 20 ran throughout the house screaming loudly as she did so. She ran towards the kitchen and tried to get out of the back door to escape what was in her house but the door would not budge in the slightest. She screamed as the pictures on the wall began to pound off the wall, some fell smashing onto the floor and the others began to create dents on the wall, she breathed heavily letting out a sob as she seen words forming in blood on her wall. 'You Will Pay For What You Did, Laura'. That's all that it said, she began to sob harder as she then looked down at her hands blood began to coat them, she ran to the sink trying to wash the blood off her hands, she shook with fear as she continued to try and get the blood off her hands. She heard the screetching of car tires, she quickly ran towards the front door trying to get out, she banged on the door screaming for someonne to come and help her. The screetching of tires got closer and closer, she banged on the door frantically trying to get someone to hear her. The last thing heard from the house was tires screetching and the last ever scream of Laura...
