On the way to Garside Grange,a thought rose over Vlad but he knew ot was better noy to say anything as Erin would have become really excited and if his father had disagreed, it would bring her down.

When they had arrived at Garside, Vlad left Erin with Ingrid and took his father into a corner.
"Dad,can she stay?"Vlad,like Erin, was known to get straight to the point.
The Count looked at Vlad,then Erin, back at Vlad and then at Erin again,and with a reluctant sigh he gave in and nodded.
Both father and son looked at Erin and smiled. She gave an uncertain smile back, but after what Vlad said next, she was certain what she wanted.
"So,Erin, would you like to stay with us?"Vlad asked,nervously.
"Yes please,"Erin was ecstatic. She knew for certain that she had received her happy ever after.
