It's been a few days since I was...taken by these people. Belle and Dahvie are the only two that have really talked to me. I've gotten to know them very well. And now, we're like best friends. That's good right? I think so. But it really bugged me that Jayy and Zeke, the bitter one, were being rather arrogant about me being here. It confused me since Zeke and Jayy were the ones that brought me here. Remember the metallic thing I was interested in? Yeahh that was Jayy's bullet belt. And Zeke was the one who knocked me out.

I mostly hang around Belle and Dahvie, joking around and whatnot. Though it gets really awkward when Jayy or Zeke walks into the room. Zeke growls at us to be quiet. Jayy just looks at me and walks right back out of the room. I couldn't help but feel like he hated me for some reason. Dahvie tells me that he does that with everyone but I highly doubt that.

As I sat and thought about all of this, I started to get bored. I stood up and walked out of my room. I walked downstairs and saw Dahvie talking to Zeke. Zeke looked at me and narrow his eyes before walking off. Dahvie smiled at me.

"What's up chica?" He asked.

"Nada, just really bored. I'm probably gonna end up going to the library to find a book to read." I said.

"Jayy usually goes in there when he needs his space so you might want to be careful." He warned.

I nodded and walked in the direction of the library. I wondered briefly why Dahvie had warned me to be careful. Maybe it was because Jayy didn't like me that much. When I got to the library, I noticed Jayy sitting at a table reading over something. I knocked, causing him to jump. He looked up at me.

"Can I help you?" He asked harshly.

"I was just looking for a book. Sorry to bother you." I replied bitterly.

His expression softened and he sighed.

"I'm sorry. You just startled me." He apologized.

"Well that doesn't give you the excuse to be an ass." I said.

He nodded and motioned for me too come in. I walked in and looked around.

"He has a lot of books." I stated.

"He collects the more modern content as he travels." Jayy said.

I nodded and continued looking around. I noticed a book on a side table beside a chair. I looked at it. The word Poe was in large font. I smiled as I read the first entry. This book contained all of Edgar Allen Poe's short stories and poems. I remembered when I had to ready some of his work in one of my English classes and I loved every minute of it.

"I see you're a fan of Poe." I voice said from behind me.

I turned and noticed Zeke standing behind me.

"Yeah." I said.

"Which of his works do you enjoy the most?" He asked.

"I like them all equally but if I had to pick, it'd probably be the Tell-Tale Heart." I said.

"Why's that?"

I shrugged.

"Maybe because he planned the murder so intently then gave in to the guilt as the police hadn't even asked about it."

Zeke nodded as I ran my hand over the cover. I pulled my hand away quickly as I felt the paper slice into the palm of my hand. Then, before I knew it, I was pushed behind Jayy and a deep growl erupted from his throat. I looked from him to Zeke. My eyes widened as my eyes caught a glimpse of snow white fangs...
