I wake up from the loud snoring coming from Lucas. I start to pack up my sleeping bag ,and nudge Lucas awake. He bolts up awake obviously freaked out.
"Time to get up" I tell him.
"Already?"he asks. I role my eyes.
"No, go ahead and sleep in, it not like we have a long day ahead of us."I say with complete exagerration,"yes, you have to get up that man is counting on us to find that emblem and return it to him!so get up."
Lucas gets out of his sleeping bag, roles it up, and puts it into his backpack.
I kick some dirt over the pieces of almost burnt wood (that Lucas tried to start a fire on),to cover up the evidence of anyone being here.
We walked farther into the woods, slowly following, east, to the nearest town.
"Hey, what was the point of waking me up so early?!" Lucas asked me with a little aggravation in his tone.
"the earlier the better." I tell him"the earlier we are the more time we have."
"Oh...sure,we have plenty of time to find that emblem."Lucas told me.
"That's what you think."I say.
" what was that, squirt?"he retorts at me.
Just then as I opened my mouth to retort back, we were surrounded by a bunch of men ,in black coats, and Burly beards.
Lucas looks at me he was surprised to have ran into someone this fast, I have to say I was a little shocked myself!
" don't worry I got this ,squirt!" He tells me with a mad and evil grin on his face. I stand back.
