They rule everything that you can get your hands and mind on. They rule social media, technology, drugs wepons and amrys. In fact if you served as President and you commit oath, you just sold your soul to become a ruler. Gods words are thou shall not follow/worship any ruler,king,or spirit and graven image, so if you believe in rules President you had committed sin.
