Can you still remember?
that time when we were lucky
enough that you were home alone,
we got to spend some time
in a world we called our own.
That day we acted like kids
being playfull, laughing our heads off
till we got the stitch.
at that very moment things were all cleared,
you're my bestfriend and you're the one for me.
i couldnt forget how hard i blushed
when you wrapped your arms around me
as we danced along to a song we both love.
tears fell from your eyes and i held you tight,
as the moment made it sure that our love will never die.
Feelings got stronger
and we went through all the bases.
Our bodies fell into stars
as our eyes opened from innocence.
Our souls twined together
with the love we shared
i couldnt ask for anything better
for i know with you, i have the best.
We snuggled close to each other
telling stories and making jokes.
the clock killed the joy as it strikes ten
that was the time i had to go.
i scooped you up, hugged you tight
and gave you a last long kiss for a goobye.
Every corner of that day was pefect
from when we woke up with 'Good mornings'
up to the time we said Goodnight .
I will never forget how happy we were
hence i call it, That Perfect Day.
