Chapter 9

As we sit on Marilyn's bed watching comedies giggling and doing some more catch up on what I've missed throughout the years I sit stuffing my face with food, eager to forget about today's earlier events. On her bed lay an assortment of candies and unsurprisingly veggies and fruits. With the twins, their junk food to healthy food has to be a one to one ratio or else they get extremely guilty. So guilty they've even tried purging. I mean who hasn't? They stopped though because it'd made them feel even more so guilty. They get easily guilt tripped.

"Oh my gosh this is my favorite part!!" Ally giggled. Her giggles accelerated and she went into one of her extremely adorable laughing fits. And then everyone was laughing. Ally laughed so hard she rolled right off her bed. Then we all went into hyper laugh mode with tears streaming down our faces. The part Ally was laughing at wasn't that funny anymore but Marilyn and I were just laughing at Ally's laughter.

When the laughing had almost died down their parents came in, "Hey girls," their dad smiled, "We need you girls to quiet down and start getting to bed here soon. I need to get to work early tomorrow there's a very important job needing to be done tomorrow and I can't have you girls keeping us up all night long."

"Oh all right,"Ally flopped down on the bed.

"We love you girls," their mom winked "And you too Paisley."

"Thanks Mrs. Rose," I smiled politely.

They smile and exit the room closing the door quietly behind them.

I love the twins parents they've always been like family to me. I sometimes wished that I belonged to this family and not my own. The Roses are such a beautiful family. All matching bright green eyes and thick flowy brown hair. To top it off, each one of them always put their family and friends first. I always appreciated that about them. I'll never forget that.

"Guys, we should sleep now. I'm exhausted, plus we have school tomorrow.." I was tired at that point, but I was not ready to face school tomorrow. Even though I'm no longer "Paisley The Pig" anymore, I still dread it. Now for differentiating reasons. I didn't wanna have to be around people I've never cared for, and now all of the guys who want me. I sometimes wish that I were still that pathetic figure I was long ago. I'd MUCH rather be ignored by many than noticed my many. I'm not an attention seeker. Never have been, never will be.

"I agree," Ally said, "You can borrow something of mine to wear tomorrow."

"Alright now you guys sleep on the floor while I sleep on my bed," Marilyn said.

"Excuse me bish what?.." Ally stared at her sister.

"I'm just kidding sis, chill!" Marilyn laughed, smacking her shoulder.

"I was gonna say.. You are Not making Paisley sleep on the nasty floor." Ally smacked her back.

I giggled a bit and thought, a sister would be great to have... But I'm glad to have my big brother. He's not older by much at all but he's a year older and he got held back because when my mom died he missed a lot of school.. Depression was the cause of this, plus my dad becoming the psycho that he is today.. God I miss my mom.

I close my eyes and squeeze them shut willing sleep to come. I'd been crying silently for a while after the twins nodded off to sleep. I shudder took a deep breath and started counting... 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. Deep breath.. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21..... 87. 88. 89. 90... 152. 153. 154. 155... 1103... 1104... 1105..... 1106......... 1107............

I woke up to Ally shaking me, "Get up sleepy head! I have something picked out for you to wear." She gave me a big grin. Her face was makeup less and hair was natural. She had been up but not for long, just long enough to have put together an outfit for me and herself.
