Joyful once again

Introduction

Hanaan first married Zubair knowing he was ill. She loved him dearly because he was one of the sweetest guys you'd have the honor of ever meeting. Wanting to be there for him in the toughest moments of his life to support and care for the man she's been falling deeper and deeper in love with since the day he smiled at that day first in the youth involvement program she volunteered at the mosque. She fell for his compassion and true warm he radiated to everyone around him.

Hanaan's other relatives tried warning her about his health being an issue and that he didn't come from a wealthy family nor was he the same race or culture as her.  her parents however who gave them their blessings to their union knowing he was a man of good character. His parents as well were elated about their union. It truly left like her happily ever after despite the trials they went through her marriage life to Zubair Asim became one of the most happiest moments of her life.

Many people acted like they weren't surprised when he died leaving her as a soon to be single mother with a preschool teacher's income. She wasn't prepared for his death. She had always wished they'd grow old together even knowing death does not discriminate with age. It wasn't something you always counter in especially with your loved ones.

His heart gave out and she still sheds tears for his loss and grieved with in her heart praying everyday that Allah would have mercy on him in the grave and grant him and her Jannah so they may be able to meet again because even with his condition he was the most sincere person she'd even known.

At first she was able to cope with his loss because of the emotional support from Maria Asim her best friend and sister-in-law but when Maria died as well it was too hard to cope anymore everything reminded her of the two people she lost.

Can Hanaan find joy once again with someone who seems quite the opposite of her first love and with him she fears for the safety of her only child. Is it all truly worth it, to be joyful once again by risking it all.
