After F/n got out of surgery, Sakusa made sure he was there, even though she wasn't awake. Sakusa sat by her bed side, watching her rest. After about an hour in his own head, he decided to call the twins. They would want to know about this. Komori was already on his way to the hospital.

Sakusa called Atsumu, and he picked up with a cheerful voice.

Atsumu- "Hey Omi!! What's up!? You never call me!"

Sakusa took a minute to compose himself before answering.

Sakusa- "Listen, the reason I'm calling you, is because F/n is hurt. She isn't okay."

Atsumu got quiet for a minute before speaking again.

Atsumu- "What happened?"

And now, Sakusa was telling Atsumu and eventually Osamu about the whole situation. The twins were worried, and not at all happy.

Osamu- "We're on the way."

Sakusa- "What? What do you mean?" I was confused.

Osamu- "She's our best friend and after all of that you expect us not to be there? It'll take a few hours, but we'll be there. Okay?"

Sakusa smiled just a bit and sighed a bit

Sakusa- "Okay fine.. she'll probably be awake, but I'll make it a surprise for her to see you guys."

Atsumu- "Great! See you soon, Omi."

Atsumu hung the phone up and the twins started to immediately get ready to go.

Soon, Komori got to the room and sat down with Sakusa. Sakusa and Kimori started talking about the situation. Sakusa was trying so hard not to cry. He was worried.

Hours passed and F/n finally woke up. Once she did, Sakusa was the first to cup her hand and stand above her.

Sakusa- "Hey, hey.. morning beautiful.." my voice was soft.. I wasn't trying to scare her or tease her.. I genuinely wanted her to be okay..

F/n looked up at him and smiled softly

F/n- "How long have I been out for?" My voice was quiet and a bit raspy.

Sakusa- "A few hours now.. I'd say around two or three.. are you feeling okay?"

F/n sighed and nodded, though she felt all sorts of pain through her body if she tried to move. So she just didn't.

Sakusa called a nurse to tell them she had woken up. The nurse checked up on F/n and soon enough the police were in the room. F/n told them everything.

How she had to make dinner since she was 6 years old. How she got punished for doing anything wrong. What the punishments were, from just yelling, to hitting, putting bugs in her food, and sexual assault. What the scars on her wrists were from, the scars on her back.. on her legs, thighs, arms, chest.. how she endured everything, took care of her brothers alone, how she took care of herself, even if she could barely even do that. She told the police everything. Sakusa and Komori heard all of this for the first time, and hugged F/n as she told the police everything. They hated hearing how much she went through.

Soon, the police left and the twins got there. F/n was surprised, but the twins just came over and hugged her tightly. She had to remind them that she was still in pain.

F/n- "What are you two doing here?" I smiled softly at them.

Atsumu- "Well when we hear our best friend is in danger, and in the hospital, we're bound to be here."

Osamu- "We couldn't just stay at home and sleep like that.. never."

F/n smiled more at their reason. She nodded and watched as they sat on the other side of the bed, opposite of Sakusa and Komori.

For the next few days, the five missed school to help, and with F/n's mother visiting frequently after her job. She had to take care of the boys, though, so she didn't stay too long. The twins got yelled at by multiple people, however they had a valid reason to be out of school, so it was alright.. as long as they accepted their consequences when they got back.

Once it was time for F/n to go home, Sakusa's driver gave everyone a ride to her house, Atsumu having to sit on the floor of the car. He enjoyed that, surprisingly.

Once they got to the house, F/n got helped inside by the boys. F/n's mother was currently taking care of the boys when they all walked inside. F/n didn't resent her mother.. nobody did. She was trapped, and didn't know what to do. She was also a victim.. however, she is being watched by CPS because of her mental state.

F/n's mother helped F/n into bed and soon went downstairs to make her some soup.

Atsumu- "We have to go soon.. coach is gonna kill us if we miss anymore school or practice.."

Atsumu sounded sad, and worried. Osamu looked like he was about to cry. F/n smiled softly and nodded, grabbing their hands.

F/n- "I'll be fine. I'll call once I get a new phone and we can FaceTime all you want, okay?"

The two boys nodded and hugged F/n as they spent a bit more time there before leaving the room and closing the door behind them. Sakusa and Komori stayed there for a few more hours, making sure F/n was alright and was eating. They left after around 10pm..

Soon, everything began to change for the better. F/n was slowly starting to go back to school, she was cooking freely, taking care of the house without punishment, eating three meals a day, amd living her life without constant fear.

The PTSD is still there, the anxiety, fear that her father might come back, and the constant worry that she isn't good enough.. but she has a support system, one she can lean her head on when she needs to. It's going to take more than just a few months for all of this to heal for her, but she's gotten better in the few months it has been since she was born.

Currently, Sakusa was at her house having a sleepover. They're in her bed cuddling and half asleep.

Sakusa- "You feel better.. knowing you're free now, right?"

F/n nodded

Sakusa- "I'm proud of you for making it this far.. thank you for coming back into my life and allowing me to protect you.." I whispered

F/n smiled and snuggled into his chest tightly

F/n- "Thank you for doing all that you can to make sure I'm okay.."

Sakusa smiled and nodded, and then he placed a kiss onto her head, relaxing his body as she did as well.

Sakusa- "I love you, F/n"

F/n- "I love you too, Kiyoomi"

They whispered to each other before falling asleep, peacefully.
