before their parents died hannah used to feel really lonely as she was not really loved by her parents. she never used to get as good things as his brother, she was always left out with friends and her boyfriend broke up with her after so many years... this all things made hannah really sad which led to her cold hearted personality she was only kind with her twin because she used to think that he is the only one who can understand her.
