ALEXS P.O.V.

Wow. I mean, really, wow. She was gorgeous. Her jet black hair fell down perfectly complementing her beautiful and subtle facial features, wearing little makeup and jeans an vest and a beanie. And I was really digging her shoes. Skater shoes? We would get along just fine. But in the middle of all of these thoughts I remember what Matt said;

 "No one is allowed to date her. No one is allowed to kiss her. And no one can have sex with her or anyone else on the bus. Clear?" He asked. We all agreed, but I didn't know if I could keep that promise. I mean come on, who could with how pretty she was. 

" so this is my bunk, and right above me is you." I said satisfied. I was showing her around and since she was my tech she took over my junk bunk so she got to be right above me. 

"Cool, thanks Alex. You're so sweet." She said. 

" no problem. Want some help with that?" I asked reaching for her bags. When I did, I noticed all the bracelets lining her wrists. She smiled at me lightly, and I felt like something was off, and I suddenly felt like it was my job to protect her.

HAYLEYS P.O.V. 

I knew he had seen something. I mean, everything was great, he was showing me around the bus, talking to me about teching and getting to know each other, but when he grabbed my bag he looked directly at my bracelets. After that he's seemed almost distant. Great. Two hours and you've already scared him off. New record Hayley. Of course all the other guys have been super sweet. They have been talking to me nonstop, and I feel like we could be really good friends. But as soon as someone brings up parents or siblings, I shut down. 

"I don't really have any." I say quietly. The tone in my voice suggests it's a touchy subject. Alex looks at me with a quizzical look and I mouth to him "later. " and he nods solemnly. I can't hide it forever, might as tell him now before we get to far from Baltimore.
