Spending Time With Karkat

(____'s POV)

Kankri told me that Karkat was going to be leaving tomorrow. I was pretty sad. I figured something was happening because Karkat looked so sad. I talked to Kankri that night and told him that I wanted to spend the last day with Karkat. He was ok with it, he just didn't want us going on like a date. I laughed. "Its not like we're going to kiss!" I said. "You know, he is flushed for you. You know what?" Kankri asked pausing. "What?" I asked. "You can go on a date with him... tomorrow is his last day." Kankri was looking down most of the time, but when he said that he looked up and smiled. I smiled back and hugged him. We stayed like that for a little while. I got up and walked to Karkat. He was watching one of his troll romance movies. " Hey Karkat, can I go on a da-" " Yes!"
( Karkat's POV)
She was asking me out!? I thought this would never happen. Wait, maybe Kankri and her broke up. " Karkat, you know tomorrow is your last day, right?" " Yea." " I am doing this because tomorrow is your last day," She paused. "And I'm flushed for you..." She whispered in my ear." I-I don't know w-what to s-say." I said stuttering. I laughed a little, then hugged her. "I-I'm flushed for you too." I always have to ruin the moment by stuttering. We stood there hugging. Kankri walked by and smiled, then left. We stopped hugging and I felt like I was going to dance, but I'm not going to. I embraced her in my arms tightly. She got up on her tippy toes and kissed my nose. " Now, let's get some sleep for tomorrow. It's going to be your day, it's going to be so romantic." Man, never thought she would say that to me. Man I am so excited! I've never felt so happy I'm my life.
(The next day.)
I woke up to (f/n) on top of me telling me to get dressed. It was a little embarrassing because I was only in my boxers. But I got up when she left so she didn't see any thing. I thought about getting dressed up for today since I was going on a date. I didn't really know what to wear so I brushed my hair to the side and put on a beanie, although my horns made it look weird. I cut holes in the hat to let my horns through. I put on a black sweater black ,gray jeans, a gray scarf and converse. I don't know if this matched to the humans. Might ask Kanaya for help later. I left my room and saw (f/n). I was fixing to melt. She is so pretty. She had on a (f/c) dress and (any type of shoes, I don't know what you want to wear...). Her hair was was really pretty too. She chuckled at me." What?" "Your outfit."
I knew it would look weird.
(____'s POV)
Karkat's outfit was a little crazy buy at the same time it looked cool. I grabbed his hand and we walked out, and got in the car. " So Karkat, where do you want to go?" "I don't know any place around here.I am from Alternia remember? You can pick." Well ok then. That's not what I thought he was going to say. "Let's go to ( favorite restaurant)." He nodded and we took off. We got out and he grabbed my hand this time. We stepped in and paused to look at everything in the room. " look at that light, wow." Huh, well now I know what to do when he gets on my nerves. A waitress took us to our table and we sat down. " Karkat, you do know that there is another side right? We are sitting in a booth." He was so close to me that it felt weird, but it also felt comforting. " Yea but I want to close to you." That made you blush. He scooted closer to you. You just went with it and put your head on his shoulder. The Waitress came to ask what you both wanted to drink. " I'll have a ( chosen drink) please." I looked at Karkat. I don't think trolls and humans drink the same drinks. " I'll have water." She left to go get the drinks. " Um (f/n), I need to tell you something." "What is it?" "Well I'm leaving tomorrow right remember?" "Of course I remember, it's not going to be the same without you." "I want you to come to come with me." I thought I miss heard him for a second. "Come with you? I'm not sure if I can do that." "You just have to come with me, it's not complicated." I looked down. "I want to but what about Kankri, he is my boyfriend after all." He can come too. He is my dancestor after all." I looked up at him." I might need to talk to Kankri first Karkat. Like what if I promise to go with you but Kankri doesn't want me to go. That would just break my heart leaving Kankri. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm flushed for you as much as I am to Kankri. I'm flushed for you both, you just had to come and steal my heart." I looked down and just played with my thumbs. The waitress came with our drinks and left. It started getting akward after a little while. I looked up to see Karkat looking forward. His eyes looked watery. Is he crying. I got up on to my knees to hug him. He hugged back. "I don't want to leave. When I leave and go back to Alternia, you're going to be drilled into my mind. You are going to be the only thing I will be able to think about. I don't want to go." He nuzzled his head into my shoulder. Seeing him so sad made me almost cry. " Karkat, who said you had to leave?" I smiled up at him. He stopped and stared at me. " I-I didn't t-think of t-that." He smiled, but then it faded. " What about everyone else. Terezi, Gamzee, Tavros, Feferi, Eridan, all of them? They are going to miss me." "Right, but isn't there a way that you can just visit them?" He thought. " I think I'm going to stay..." He said. My heart leaped. " Yay!" I shouted in excitement. I accidentally made him fall out of the chair. I went with him. He landed on top of me. I started blushing, then I started to laugh a little. Right when we got up I hugged him. "I-I'm so happy." I whispered into his ear." I did a quick kiss on his lips. He stared into my eyes, then kissed me back passionately. He did his a lot longer. I broke it so I could breathe. We sat back down. I guess that I got to into it because I forgot that we were in a restaurant.

(Karkat's POV )
I am so happy that I decided to stay here. I actually feel weird about thinking this, but I wish that we were at the house so that we could 'kiss more'. Gog I feel like a pervert saying that. Ew. Whatever. I am still super happy about staying. I wonder what else that (f/n) and I are going to do. We left the restaurant and we went home. Kankri still wasn't back. "Let's change into our pajamas." Well wasn't she being random? I just decided to put mine on. I had on my fluffy pajama pants on and a t-shirt. She had hers on too. She took me into the living room. "Let's play some video games!" Not what I thought what she was going to do. Whatever, I still get to spend time with her. She beat me at almost all the rounds. " Dang it! Why are you so good!" I shouted tossing the game control on to the other side of the couch. " Awe is Karkat upset that a girl beat him at a battle of war?" She said scooting closer to me. " Umm... I-I uh... may... maybe..." Dang it stuttering. I fell backwards. She crawled on top of me. " You're so cute when you are flushed red like that." Why does she do this to me? She makes me flushed so much that it just makes me want to jump on her! She got up and started laughing. "Come on, let's play some more video games!" She said. " Oh, game on!" I said. I still didn't win! Why is she so good?
