Execution Type: Stitch It Back Together
Keiko was lying on what appeared to be an operating table. She was woken up by a little group of Monokumas looking at her. Each one of them was holding a knife and a pin with some thread attached. Keiko tried to move away, but she was strapped down by her wrists and ankles. Each of the Monokuma then used the knife that create a big slit down a part of Keiko's body. Gasping in pain, Keiko realized that she now has cuts along her legs and arms. The Monokumas then used the pins and thread to stitch back the wounds along Keiko's body. They kept doing the same process in different spots such as her hands, feet, wrists, ankles, and thighs. Keiko slowly started to pass out from the loss of blood. Before she fainted though, one of the Monokumas took their knife and slit Keiko's throat. No longer having air and having a lack of blood, Keiko's eyes started to white out. Soon, the soulless fashion designer had breathed her last breathe and was left with stitches in every cut. Even the throat was stitched together.
Significance:
Keiko, being a fashion designer, not only designs clothes, but she also weaves them. If some of her clothes were torn, she would weave them back together if they looked better that way. Monokuma basically did Keiko's job, but instead of clothes, it weaved her skin back together.
