When I Met You

Chapter One

1st Chapter

It was the first day of school that day. Students were pilling up for school. Though she couldn't see it through the window, she   could hear the busy street filled with busy noises..

" You are a very curious child, MinJi. "

She heard her cousin, teased. Jae Hee often tease MinJi for being a cute and always a curious child..

" I-I'm s-sorry"

Jae Hee just smiled.  " It's alright "

As they were approaching the main gate of the school, Jae Hee opened the window of their car.  " Look, MinJi-yah,  The cherry blossoms are so beautiful!  The scenery suits you very well"

MinJi blushed and smiled sheepishly. She often hears comments about how beautiful she is, and sometimes she couldn't help but think that they are just over thinking it.

"T-thank you, Jae"

Jae Hee didn't closed the window and let the fragrance of the cherry blossoms  in. It's ashame that these trees would only last until the last 2 weeks of spring.

"Were here, Milady. "

Yeon,  who was MinJi's personal driver opened the passenger's seat for the two ladies to go out.

"T-thank you so much,  Mr. Yeon"
She then bowed her head as a sign of parting.
"You are very much welcome,  young lady"

The two ladies went off. As usual,  students would stare at her knowing that she's really beautiful. Even though she's always an eye catcher in their academy. Having everyone's attention always make her feel uncomfortable..

She held the tip of Jae Hee's shirt.  She's been shy about this kind of things.

" Yeah,  you're right!  She's so beautiful. I envy her that much!!"

" I heard that she has a bestfriend named Jeon Jungkook! I've seen him all over the internet. And Gosh! He's freaking handsome! They suit together!!! Really!"

Hearing Jungkook's name made her frown. Knowing that's it's his bestfriend they are talking about. Jae Hee felt MinJi tearing up. Until now Jae Hee knew that MinJi couldn't move on.  Jungkook leaving her like that must have been hard.

" There,  There dear cousin. Don't mind them"
"I-I'm sorry,  I got c-Carried away. "
" It's alright"

MinJi wiped her tears and smiled sheepishly. It was hard for her to forget Jungkook,  knowing that he's her best friend.  And all in all he's her love one.

Classes were dismissed early than expected. Good Thing,  Jae Hee was her classmate and but the sad thing is they're not seatmates which made her feel uneasy.

As they were heading downstairs they saw a girl heading towards their direction.

" Good Morning Ms. Lee and Jae,  the principal would like to see you. "

They nodded and went to the principal's office. Since MinJi couldn't refuse knowing that she is the daughter of the owner of their academy.

As they reached the office, the principal ordered them to sit down.

" I called you two,  since the academy would be expecting 4 new students from Myeondong high.  They will be transferring to our school. Please, I would like you two to tour them around. I can't ask someone to this task except you two,  since MinJi is the owner of this academy.  And as well for you,  Jae Hee,  you have the confidence to talk to them and be friends with them. "
