Chapter 2

Aqua's pov
Yay!!!It's lunch!And I hope they sell seafood here.I only eat few human foods because in the sea,we eat only seafoods.When I entered the cafeteria, 3 girls blocked my way.
"Where do you think you're going?"said the first girl
"Yeah.And how dare you talk to Cartagh like that?Don't you know that he's the son of the owner of this school?" Said the second girl.
"I suggest that you get away from him.Or else...we're gonna beat you up." Said the third girl.
I gulped." Um...can I ask first who you are?"I said a little fierce but I'm shaking on my inside.I really want to use my powers to get them out of the way,but I remembered what Carthage said (by the way,i forgot to tell you that they have powers).We don't use our powers to hurt mermaids or humans.Don't use it to fight with them.Use only your powers when needed.
"You don't know us?I'm the daughter of the sponsor of this school?Well,since you asked,my name is Valentina Forsters.The 2 girls here are my sisters,Jantzen and Adecyn Forsters for your information." Valentina said then rolled her eyes at me then walked away.

Cartagh's pov
I saw Valentina and her sisters confront Aqua.But I was surprised by her bravery.I ran up to her when Valentina was gone."Are you alright Aqua?" I asked her. "I-I'm fine.Don't worry about me." Then she just fainted after saying it.I immediately took her to the infirmary and asked the nurse."What happened to her?" "Well,she has a high fever.I suggest that she needs to rest for a few days." The nurse said.I looked for her cellphone then searched her contacts.I found the name Carthage then I quickly called him."Hello,Aqua?"he asked."Um..sir,I'm Cartagh,Aqua's classmate. She fainted here at the school and is in the infirmary.Can you fetch her?She has high fever."I said to Carthage."OK.I'll be there in 5 mins."then the line dropped dead.

Carthage's pov
Oh no.When mermaids have high fever,it means that someone found about her identity. I immediately drove to her school and went to the infirmary. I found her with a boy at the side of the bed."You must be Cartagh,right?Thanks for bringing my sister here."I said. "No problem,sir." He shyly said. "Call me Carthage." Then I took her home Immediately.
