Never knew i needed

I was walking so fast when someone grabbed me by the arm.. 

" hey whats the rush?? " 

" what the hell Adrian?? Stop doing that.. " sagot ko naman sabay hawak sa dibdib ko.. 

Damn this guy.. 

" sorry.. " he said 

by that naalala ko na muntik na siyang d sumipot.. 

Sumipot nga super late nman!! 

' better late than never.. ' sagot ng isip ko.. 

" what happened to you?? " tanong ko na lang.. 

" its my grandma.. Dad was supposed to attend a meeting with the stockholders but my grandma called and asks him to come.. All the way to Russia!! And i have to take over for a while.. Im really sorry Jazmine... " paliwanag nito at napakamot ng ulo.. 

' may dahilan naman pala eh... ' sagot ng isip ko.. 

Ok this is really freaking me out.. 

" its ok Adrian i understand.. But i didnt know you can sing.. " sagot ko habang ipinagpapatuloy ang paglalakad.. 

" thank you.. " he sighed in relief 

i smiled at that.. 

" hey lets enjoy the night.. " anito 

" yeah sure.. Thats why were here right.. " sagot ko naman 

nakangiting tumango ito.. 

I never thought that ill actually enjoy a day with Adrian!!  

We play everything that the annuals offered.. 

Ride all the rides.. 

Dress up as vampires and eat at evry kiosks there is.. 

The last thing we did was to ride the ferris wheel.. 

' Wow... ' 

the view from the above is so breathtaking... 

" so beautiful.. " nasabi ko na lang.. 

" yes it is.. " mahinang sagot nito 

napangiti ako, still looking outside... 

" if only i can draw or something this will be my masterpiece.. " sagot ko naman.. 

" hmmm right its breathtaking... " sagot nito 

and when i faced him.. 

He's not even looking outside.. 

He's looking.. 

No scratch that.. 

He. Is . Staring. At . Me!!! 

" stop kidding around you know that wont work on me.. " i said.. 

' wow i did pull a sarcastic tone 

he smiled knowingly at me.. 

" somehow i knew you'd say that.. " sagot naman nito at tumanaw sa labas.. 

We sat there in silence.. 

A very comforting silence.. 

Its like we dont need words to assure things between us..
