Mike searched the cameras but couldn't find Bonnie anywhere. The purple rabbit had disappeared. He went from the camera in the dining hall to the hallway leading to his office. Bonnie sat there looking up at the camera in the closet next door. He looked out the door and saw Bonnie standing there staring at him. He panicked and quickly shut the door. He shined the light on the hall and the robot rabbit's shadow appeared on the wall through the window.

He saw that Bonnie would be there for a while and kept it shut while he checked for the others. Chica was gone and so was Freddy. He found Chica in the kitchen making a lot of noise. "C'mon Freddy....Where are you?" He asked.

One of the cameras had two dimly glowing dots in the dark corner. "Ehhhh...." Mike gasped.

The clock rung 6 AM and Mike smiled as the animatronics marched automatically back to their places on the stage. The curtain closed all the way at Pirate's Cove.

Jeremy wasn't much closer to finding out who committed those murders. Mike shook his head  and decided to pay him a visit. "Jeremy." He said walking through the door which was unlocked.

Jeremy was piecing together different newspaper clippings and headlines from the stories for each restaurant, Fredbear's and Freddy Fazbear's. "Mike!" He said enthusiastically. "Mike! I'm so glad you're here! Did you find anything out?!"

"Jeremy...I'm not gonna agree with you just yet with all of this but....yes." Mike admitted.

"So? What did you find?" Jeremy asked impatiently.

"While the four animatronics were trying to get me, I was reading a newspaper clipping that....I don't know how but it just appeared on the wall." Mike said. He started thinking he, himself, was crazy.

"Wait. It just appeared to you?" Jeremy asked. He seemed to recognize that it sounded crazy but then he got out his journal and grabbed a pen.

"Yeah it just appeared to me in the blink of an eye on the camera. It replaced one of those character drawings. You know, the ones that hang up on the walls." Mike said.

"Interesting. What did they say?" Jeremy said writing down something in the journal.

"Was there ever anything on the news about five children getting kidnapped or murdered or anything?" Mike began.

"Five children? Only one child has ever been murdered. The other one is now ok but she's kinda got frontal lobe problems." Jeremy said.

"Yeah. Five children were murdered at the new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The bodies were never found and they said the animatronics haven't been acting up like they were to me until the night those kids were murdered. The murderer was also never found." Mike said.

Jeremy dropped his pencil. "Mike. That murderer from the original Fredbear's Family Diner is still at large....but he's never done something like that before. How were they killed?"

"Police recovered only a bloody axe....Jeremy, he didn't use a suit, he used an axe." Mike said.

"That's insane. The only explanation would be that the killer was a worker who tampered with the animatronics at Fredbear's, then when that poor boy was bitten, he must've had a psychological episode that awakened some form of insanity in him. In other words, while everyone else gasped and screamed. He enjoyed it. He must've had some sort of psychosis. That lead him down his evil path. The next location, he didn't feel bad for what he did because it must've felt so good to him to make others hurt. Especially children. That's why he was also at the first Freddy Fazbear's. He tampered with the animatronics in secret using the 'extra suit' the guy on the phone mentioned to me! Then after that place shut down and the current Freddy's opened. He must've only worked there for a short time and completely lost it. He knew they would be watching the animatronics and have cameras around. He decided to kill those children the old fashioned way." Jeremy went on as he spoke and put more pieces up into his map. At the center of it all was a cutout of an 8 bit purple man in a uniform with a huge smile. "That Purple Man, Mike. That man is our killer. We just have to find him before he strikes again."

Mike was too busy thinking about all those children. The creepy side of it was the fact the animatronics started attacking people again after the incident. He wasn't interested in the paranormal but he could tell that something was up. Something out of a horror movie. Could the dead children be haunting the robots? No. That's ridiculous and impossible.

He wasn't religious either but he thought there must be some place they went off to when they died. Perhaps their spirits weren't put to rest....because they were murdered....But how can that be? It could just be coincidence. Those animatronics are years old.

"Listen, Jeremy. I've gotta go to work. I'll catch ya later." Mike said.

"Alright man! Be careful! Those robots bite!" Jeremy said too happy to be concerned. He was so into his case, he forgot what it was for.

Someone has to put those children to rest.

That night, Mike heard on the phone the same guy calling him. He seemed kind of nervous as he spoke. Something wasn't right. These calls were about a week old so something must have happened that no one told him or the authorities about. How corrupt is this company?

The phone guy started to be extra nervous then stopped. "Oh no..." He said as a strange music played in the background of the message. The phone call stopped.

"That's reassuring. Also gets rid of Jeremy's theory if that guy is the murderer." Mike said to himself.

He put the camera on Pirate Cove but the curtain was open. Something wasn't right. He suddenly heard fast footsteps and reacted. He shut the door just as Foxy slammed into it with his creepy cry.

Mike freaked out as he heard banging on the door then silence. He checked the camera again and Foxy went back into the open curtain.

Mike jumped suddenly as he left the monitor and saw a golden Freddy suit sitting there in his office.

"It's me..." A voice whispered. "It's me...."

Mike didn't know what to do. Instead he bolted out of the office and hid under the tables in the dining hall. He heard Freddy's laugh as Bonnie's purple legs appeared in front of the table. Chica's bird legs also appeared. The table moved back and forth. Mike crawled down the line of tables as they were being tipped over. He reached the end and closed his eyes.

Suddenly the clock struck 6 AM throughout the building and the animatronics walked back to the stage. Mike got up out of the table and smiled. "Oh...Thank you..." He said.
