6~ The Riddler

Since its the Riddler and Riddler has seven letters (I'm slow because, at first this said eight),I'm going to give seven riddles. Well, I'll add a bonus so, eight.

I changed my mind, it'll be more than eight.

See if you can get them all correctly.

Riddle 1-Riddle Me This: There was a tragic plane crash and every single passenger died but only a couple survived. How is this possible?

Riddle 2- Riddle Me This: I am the beginning of the end, and the end of time and space. I am essential to creation, and surround every place. What am I?

Riddle 3- Riddle Me This: When you have me, you feel like sharing me. But, if you do share me, you don't have me anymore. What am I?

Riddle 4- Riddle Me This: I have four wings but cannot fly, I never laugh and never cry; On the same spot I'm always found, toiling away with little sound. What am I?

Riddle 5 (Bonus) - Riddle Me This: It is 9:32 am and I haven't slept yet. What am I? :)

Riddle 6- Riddle Me This: On Sunday, a man was murdered. The wife claims she was shopping, the butler claims he was cleaning, and the mailman claims he was doing his job. Who murdered him? (There are two of these so I'll do both.)

Riddle 7-Riddle Me This: What goes around the world but stays in a corner?

Riddle 8- What is a word made up of 4 letters yet is also made up 3. Although is written with 8 letters, and then with 4. Rarely consists of 6 and never is written with 5 (Took me a while to get this one).

Riddle 9-Riddle Me This: Forward I am heavy, but backwards I am not. What am I?

Riddle 10-Riddle Me This: He has married many women, but he has never married. Who is he?

Riddle 11- Riddle Me This: How are a jeweler and and a jailer alike?

Riddle 12-Riddle Me This: How many bricks does it take to complete a building made of bricks?

Riddle 13-Riddle Me This: How many times can you subtract 5 from 25?

Riddle 14-Riddle Me This: How much dirt is in a hole 4 feet deep and 2 feet wide?

Riddle 15-Riddle Me This: I am used to bat with, yet I never take a hit. I am near a bat, but I am never thrown. What am I?

Riddle 16-Riddle Me This: I have a head like a cat, I have feet like a cat, but I am not a cat. What am I?

Riddle 17-Riddle Me This: If a rooster had a brown egg and a white egg, what kind of chicks would hatch?

Riddle 18- Riddle Me This: If two's company and three's a crowd, what are four and five?

Riddle 19- Riddle Me This: If you were in a dark room with a candle, a woodstove, a match, and a gas lamp, which would you light first?

Riddle 20- Riddle Me This: What always runs, but never walks, often murmurs, but never talks, has a bed, but never sleeps, has a mouth, but never eats?

Riddle 21- Riddle Me This: My name is something that is used in an instrument that is used to determine how hot you are. I am also the name of a planet. Who am I?

Riddle 22-Riddle Me This: I am found in the sea and on land but I do not walk or swim. I travel by foot, but I am toeless. No matter where I go, I am never far from home. Who am I?

Riddle 23-Riddle Me This: I don't have lungs or a chest but I need air. I am not alive, but I grow. I don't have a mouth, and I don't like water. What am I?

Riddle 24-Riddle Me This: A woman shot her husband, dipped him underwater, hung him up, and the next morning, they had a nice breakfast. How?

Riddle 25-Riddle Me This: A man is found murdered on a Sunday morning. His wife calls the police, who question the wife and staff, and are given the following allibis:
The Wife says she was sleeping,
The Butler was cleaning the closet,
The Gardener was picking vegetables,
The Maid was getting the mail, and,
The Cook was preparing breakfast.
Immediately, the police arrest the murderer.
Who did it and how did the police know?
