Eighty Moons Before The Deity's Calling
Third person's POV:
The air was filled with laughter and the bar was crowded, the majority men. Slouched over, giving off an air of annoyance at the bar was Aoife. An abandoned Mistress Queen was grasped in her hand while she blatantly ignored various men's stares. The young girl did not have her SA crest on so she very well was oblivious to why people were looking at her. 'Maybe it was the fact that I am a new face in this small village,' she thought.
To others, she was an exotic beauty with her mocha skin, rich and her brown soft curly head of hair.
Unbeknownst to Aoife, an extremely bold young man stood behind her and fondled a brown curly stray lock of hair. Other men who saw the action, their eyes widened and tried to give the now smug dark blonde haired boy not-so-discreet signs to back off.
But, by the time he noticed, Aoife had maliciously drawn her sword and cut the lock of hair, reducing it from medium to short.
And the bar became silent.
Meanwhile....
"You cannot come in with your cloak and that's final!" The guard outside the bar said for the 4th time and crossed his arms, blocking the doorway. The small slender girl wanted to protest but instead sighed in defeat.
Just this once she would do it.
She pulled her hood off and her now silky straight (Thanks to the combing) white-blonde hair tumbled out and fell down her petite form to her waist.
She raised her eyes to the guard who openly stared at her as if she had all night.
He shook his head and cleared his throat.
"The rest of it," His voice wavered.
Silently, she untied the neat bow in the front and balled up the white cloth in her hands and looked at him through her pale light near-white blue eyes.
The man nodded, pleased and slightly stunned, he stepped away from the entrance allowing her in.
So much time had passed since she had last entered a bar that she nearly forgot the environment.
The girl sighed happily; it was truly bliss to smell the many different perfumes and the scent of pipe. Once upon a time she had had her own and it t'used to be unique; silver decorated with lilac runes on it. Then again, of course it would be one of a kind, it was given to her from the deity.
