4 Years of My Life

Chapter 1: Freshman

As you guys can see it's freshman year, the year were Joe thought his life was just about to start and career for music and gaming would start.

It's the first day of school, as Joe is walking into the school building of his high school, Columbia High, he looks up to see one of his Friends named Alex walking towards him in a very fast paced manner. As he goes to walk into the office to try and get his schedule for classes, She jumps into his arms surprised to see him. She asks, "How have you been, its been a while since I have seen you. Are you doing okay???". He Just looks at her to tell her "It's been great I guess you can your the only person so far that I have seen, but its been great." Once they are finished with their conversation he walks into the office to get his schedule and they tell him he has to go to the auditorium cause that's where the 9th grade orientation is being held, He nods his head, and starts heading towards the auditorium to deal with a bunch of loud 9th graders that are the same as him. As he enters the massive place, He is greeted by a friend he hasn't see in a while. His name was Chris, He hadn't see Chris since the last day of middle school, that was 3 months ago. As Chris walks up to Joe, he gives him a big hug and then just walks away, Joe is standing there in a confused look and wondering what the hell just happened.

As he goes to sit down in one the auditorium chairs, he gets approached by the JROTC Colonel. The colonel asked, "Will I see you in my class later today or tomorrow?", Joe responds, "Sir Yes Sir", in a very straight forward manner as if He was a soldier standing in front of his ranking commander. His Colonel tells him to go ahead sit down and listen to the orientation. The Colonel walks away, Joe begins to listen to the orientation about what not to do during school and what is allowed to do during school hours. He starts to doze off from the constant boredom he is experiencing from the lady speaking over the microphone to the entire freshman class. When we finally wakes everyone has left, but this one female standing in front of him. She tries to introduce herself to Joe, but he isn't really caring who she is. He gets up, walks away, puts his headphones on, and starts playing his music drowning out all the noise in the surrounding area around him.

As he walks into his first class of the day the teacher ask for his name and he tells her that his name is Joe, but he's confused. He thought she would know that already since they are suppose to do a role call before class starts. As he goes to sit down the teacher yells at him and tells him that he had a designated spot to sit at near the front of board. He asks her why, and she goes to tell him that's how she does it weather he liked it or not. He stands there getting mad but just says "okay" and moves on to the sit that she wants him in. He takes his headphones off and starts listening to the instructions that the teacher is giving, but he already knows what she is trying to teach so he finishes the homework early in the middle of class. After he finishes the homework, He puts his headphones back on and starts listening to music. The teacher walks over and snatches the headphones off asking him "what he is doing and why is he doing". He tells the teacher that he finished the homework and that he was just going to sit back and wait till class ended listening to his music. The teacher tells him "no" that he needs to get up and go to in house suspension for not respecting the rules. He asked her "what rule" and she told him "the rules that were you suppose to listen to at orientation". He walks out of the classroom down to the in house suspension room for the rest of day. He walks into the room and tells the coach that watches the room during school hours and tells him "that the teacher told him to come here for the rest of day due to not respecting the rules". The coach looked at him like what the hell already kinda of face. Joe looks at the guy, makes a small chuckle, then tells him "I guess my old ways stick", and walks away to go sit down in one of the chairs with his headphones back on listening to music not having a care in the world. 

As the rest of the day continue, Joe hears the bell ring for the end of day he gets up to walk away as the coach stops him. The coach tells Joe "not to worry about the teachers treat him that they are just trying to do their job, not get in trouble themselves, and try to not let them bother him at all." Joe nods and then walks out of the room to get to the bus to be able to go home. As he walks out of the building his friend Alex walks up to him, asks him "how was your day of school?", he looks at her with a smile on his face and tells her "that it was just a typical day for him as it was back in the olden days." She just looks at him and laughs knowing what he means by that. She walks away as he walks towards his bus to go home. As he gets on the bus he sees the same female that was trying to introduce herself earlier after the orientation. He looks at her, then goes to sit down and puts his headphones on to start listening to his music. She sits down next to him and pokes him in the shoulder. He looks up at her with a semi angry face asking her "what does she want", she looks at tells him "I just wanted to try and be friends with you because it looked like he didn't have a lot of friends." He looks at her and tells her "that he doesn't have a lot of friends because of how he is." She tells him, "that she wants to be friends with him no matter what he has to say." He looks at her with a small grin saying "okay". As the bus pulls up to his stop to get off to go home he sees her get up as well getting off at the same stop. He looks at her as she looks at him just both smiling at each other. He gets and tells her "ill see you in the morning than I guess" as he walks home. 

 A few weeks go by and Joe is still up to his same antics at school. Joe wasn't the greatest of kids but he did know how not to give a fuck at all. He always listened to his music during school and always tried to finish his homework during class to make it easier on him. He also became friends with the girl from his stop at home. He has yet to get her name if any of you wonder but if you continue reading you will find out what her name is and how the story progresses.
