Chapter 1: Thinking Pink

"RING RING RING"! The school bell rang and it had announced that school was out for the summer. Saddy Simmons and her group of pals were walking the halls to their bus. The group was made up of 7 little girls. Kara Langley, Iris Stoner, (The twins) Leslie and Lavender Moone, Erica Trainer, Rihanna Smalls, and Saddy herself. They all were girly girls and loved pink. "Oh my gosh I can't believe it's summer already"! Saddy said. "I know I can't wait for the party"! The Stoner twins said in unison. They always did that. They even dress the same every single day. "My mom is making the really yummy pretzel poppers.", said Iris. All the girls moaned, thinking about Iris's mom's pretzel poppers. She dipped them in chocolate and sprinkled them with sprinkles. "They all arrived at their bus together to go to Saddy's house. They all gave the bus driver a white slip and they filled up 3 seats. They were giggling and talking about how much fun they're going to have. All of them were the ages of 7 to 9 years old. They were all wearing pink to celebrate summer and the party. The bus dropped of some kids and they soon arrived at Saddy's house. The group of girls skipped out of the bus and to Saddy's room. They flung their backpacks on the floor and Rihanna put her Ipod into her speaker and they started dancing to her playlist. Then after a few moments Saddy's mom knocked and opened the door. All the girls stood still as a statue. The music was still playing and Saddy's mom started to laugh and the girls were giggling. "O.K. girls there are some snacks downstairs in the kitchen. All the girls had been to Saddy's house many times and knew where everything was. They gathred and sat around the kitchen island and ate chopped up apples with peanut butter. "I'll be right back y'all"! Saddy stomped up to her room and opened up her diary.

Dear Diary,

                      Today is the party and I'm so excited! I really want everything to go as planned. Everyone was able to come and I can't wait till we dress up like princesses! Im going to be Elsa. I mean my hair is already white!
