Renee POV

The boldness of my words surprised even myself. I quickly looked at Arya's face to gauge her reaction to what I just said while blushing profusely. "Um, I don't, want" she said. My face fell before she even finished talking. She cut me off mid stutter. "No, Renee that's not what I meant." she quickly said. "No, it's ok, it's my fault, totally my bad." I managed to say while feeling completely ashamed. "Just listen to me, hear me out." I nodded my consent and looked up at her. She saw my face and said "You know what, screw it." Throwing her arms around me we stumbled backwards a little while her lips found mine. I smiled against her mouth saying "Best explanation you could have given" before continuing to kiss her. My hands found her hips and pulled her close to me while she pressed a hand against my lower back and twisted a hand in my hair. Pulling apart so we could look into each others eyes we both smiled at a loss for words. Our bodies were still right up against each other neither of us wanting to break the contact. I put my forehead against hers and sighed in contentment. "It seems I've waited a long time to do that." She just nodded in agreement. Eventually we realized we couldn't just stand in the hallway holding each other forever so we broke apart but I still held her hand. "Stay the night?" I asked. "Of course." came her quick reply. She took her phone out and sent a quick text to her parents informing them of her whereabouts. Walking to my room hand in hand we plopped down on the bed. "So what do you want to do?" I asked while laying on my back staring at her. "Honestly?" she said. "Of course." I answered. "I want to watch some corny cheesy chick flick while laying on the bed making out with you." My eyebrows raised at her bold statement. "Well your wish is my command." I whispered in her ear before giving her a quick kiss and going to put in our favorite movie that made us cry, The Best Of Me. After getting the movie going I snuggled up to Arya. Initially we were actually watching the movie but after a while we just started making out. The thought of moving too fast crossed my mind but then I realized that we've known each other for years so our relationship will likely move fast. After the movie ended we turned off the TV and lights while crawling under the covers. Arya turned her back to me and I snuggled in behind her spooning. It came naturally that I would be the big spoon because of our personalities so we settled in for the night. I nuzzled into her neck and soon was dead to the world. We woke up in the morning to the sound of our alarm clock going off. I groaned realizing we had school but perked up when I saw Arya snuggled up against me. "Come on babe, we have to get ready." She rolled over and I was about to kiss her but she ran to the bathroom before I could. "What was that for?" I hollered after her playfully. She emerged a minute later brushing her teeth. "You wouldn't let me kiss you because you think you have morning breath?!" I asked in utter disbelief. She shook her head yes and I smiled at her. "Alright then, have it your way." I said while walking into my closet for todays outfit. When I came back out fully dressed for the day she was just finishing up with her personal hygiene stuff. Soon enough I was in the bathroom while she went to change in the closet. We both emerged at the same time so I walked over to her and planted a kiss on her lips. After grabbing our backpacks and some breakfast we were off to school in my baby. I grabbed Arya's hand the car ride there and when we got to school I walked around the car to stand next to her. Looking her in the eyes I grabbed her hand. When she didn't pull away we started walking into school not caring about the dirty looks we received. Walking to our lockers I kissed her goodbye and headed off to my first hour. The day went by just like any other day until we reached last hour. Gym. Todays sport was capture the flag and the whole period went great. Of course me and Arya dominated the game until the ending when I excused myself to go to the bathroom cause I had to pee really bad. Class was over by the time I was done so I just started changing. I had just taken my shirt off when I heard voices shouting by the locker room entrance. I didn't care one bit until I realized one of the voices as Arya's. I quickly walked out of the room not caring I was in a sports bra and basketball shorts. "You bitch let go of me." Arya said. Taking stock of the situation I saw that Arya was pinned against the wall by the biggest girl in our gym class. Arya could have handled her had it not been for the bitches friends. "You disgust me with you and your girlfriend kissing in the hallways. It's wrong and unnatural!" she yelled just before winding back her fist to punch Arya in the stomach. Suddenly the cheering for the fight stopped when everybody noticed me. The fury in my eyes would have caused most people running for the hills but not this dumb bitch. She released Arya and gave her over to two of her friends who held her by the arms. The crowd formed a circle around us knowing that this would be one hell of a fight. "You nasty little dyke, you're a disgusting bitch." she stated plainly. "You better tell your friends to let her go or the beating you're about to get will be worse." She laughed in my face. I looked at Arya for confirmation to continue and that's when I noticed the split lip. I thought I was mad before but realizing Arya had been hit tripled my anger. My voice went dead cold as I looked at her and said "You hit my girlfriend. I take it back, I don't care if they let her go now, it won't help you." The smug look on her face slipped a little upon hearing my voice. Suddenly she charged at me with her arm drawn back ready to throw that punch. I ducked under her arms and popped up right in her face before drawing my own fist back and punching her square in the jaw. She toppled to the ground stunned for a minute. As soon as Arya saw the girl attack me she turned around and shook loose both girls. Getting free of them she ran to stand next to me. The bitch had just picked herself up off the floor looking madder than hell. That was fine by me, my anger could outlast anyone's. Charging at Arya I noticed her intentions and swept a leg at her shins tripping her up. I quickly climbed on top of the girl and started punching her in the face repeatedly. Boxing lessons sure paid off cause I could probably beat most of the guys in this school. The only reason I stopped was because I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me and pull me off saying that it was enough. Looking down I realized she was right because the bitch was knocked out cold. Walking over to the two girl's friends I looked at them and said "You might want to find a new friend cause your old one will only get you in trouble." They looked like they might piss there pants. All said and done I looked around and saw many of the spectators had phones taking pictures and videos of the event. They were all staring at me jaws agape until I looked down at myself and realized why. My bare stomach was covered with blood splatter from her broken nose. Plus I was only half dressed. Taking Arya's hand I pulled her into the locker room leaving the crowd outside. "Babe are you ok?" I asked taking a look at her lip. "Renee, that was, awesome. I'm totally fine." she assured me. After realizing she was ok I started cleaning up the blood from my body and got dressed. When we were both ready to go I grabbed her hand walking out of the locker room. As we passed that bitch she was just starting to come around with her friends kneeling next to her. Walking past them without another word we exited the school and hopped in my car. "Well babe, I think that could have gone worse." I said. She just laughed and shook her head.
