Will's P.O.V
I was laying asleep on the couch of mu apartment when all of a sudden my phone vibrated in my hand. I was recieving a call, before I answered I checked the time, 5:57pm. Shit. It was Sophie, I had forgotten about her birthday dinner that was starting at 6:30. I was meant to be there at 6:00pm to meet her friends.
"Sophie, oh my God I'm so sorry, I fell asleep on the couch." I almost yelled into the phone.
"You're so slack Mr Singe!" Sophie said laughing.
"I'm coming now, I'm so sorry I'll be there in 15 minutes!" I said laughing too.
I hung up the phone and ran to my room, I put on some nice clothes for dinner. I roughly styled my hair in the mirror before grabbing Sophie's gift, my phone and wallet, and heading to my car.
Sophie's P.O.V
Most people had arrived at my birthday dinner. It was 6:20pm and Will still hadn't arrived. Everyone was standing around talking and laughing.
"Jayden, Angel, this is Krystal. She was one of my friends in kindergarden and we found eachother again on Facebook." I said all excited and laughing. They three of them all introduced eachother to one another and started talking about what they do for a living.
"Where is Will Soph?" Jayden asked me.
"He fell asleep on the couch, he said he'd be here 10 minutes ago... typical men." I said joking. Jayden laughed and checked his phone for the time, looking at it with a surprised face.
"I made it!" Will said popping up next to me and giving me a hug.
"It's about time." Angel joked. We all stood there and laughed when I saw Will's eyes trail off to Krystal's.
"Oh Will this is Krystal, she's an old friend of mine."
"Krystal this is Will my-" She cut me off.
"Boyfriend??" She said winking at me.
"Ewwww nooooo..." I said laughing and playfully punching Will's arm. "Na, he's my best friend, my boyfriend's over there." I said pointing to Calum who was sitting at the table talking with Julian and Bree.
"Hi." Will said shaking her hand smiling, he hadn't taken his eyes off her since I saw him looking before.
"Let's go eat ae?" Jayden said grabbing Angels hand and leading her to the table. The rest of us followed.
Our whole group sat down at different tables. At our table I was sitting between Calum and Krystal, with Will on the other side of her, and Jayden and Angel next to him. We all ordered our meals and started talking. I was so caught up in my conversation with Angel that I didn't notice Will and Krystal had been sitting there in deep conversation with eachother. Calum, Jayden and Angel stood up to go get dessert and there was just three of us left.
"I'm just gonna go to the bathroom." Krystal said smiling, standing up, and walking away to the ladies room. I watched Will looking at her till she dissapeared through the door. He looked back at me and saw I was laughing at him.
"What?" He said with a innocent smile.
"Nothing." I said crossing my arms and leaning back into my chair. Will looked away, I could tell he was smiling, waiting patiently for Krystal to come back.
Krystal's P.O.V
When I came back to the table it was just Sophie and Calum sitting there eating dessert. I went and sat back down in my chair low-key scanning the room to see where Will was. We were talking about music and he said he could sing a bit. He's really nice and I want to keep talking.
Jayden and Angel came back with dessert, Sophie and Calum stood up and went to talk to Julian, Zach, Trent and their girlfriends. Will came back and sat down in his chair. "Hey you don't have any dessert... should we go get some?" he asked still grinning.
"Sure." I said laughing at how cute he was being. We went and got our dessert. When we came back to the table Sophie and Calum were back too. Will pulled my chair out for me and we both sat down, Sophie was staring at me with a huge smile on her face. I just blushed and ate my food.
After about two hours of talking, laughing and getting to know new people, it was time to go. We all said goodbye to eachother and made our way out the door of the restaurant.
"What are you doing tomorrow?" Will asked Sophie.
"Um, not sure depends what Krystal wants to do." She replied.
Will's P.O.V
So that's the girl she said was staying with her for a few days... I could feel Sophie's eyes staring at me and when I looked at her I knew she was about to burst out laughing. I was going red because I knew she had an idea that this wasn't the last time I wanted to see Krystal. "Well give me a call, or text me K?" I said getting ready to get in my car.
"Yeah sure, see ya." Sophie said.
"Bye." I said smiling at Krystal.
"See ya." She said smiling back.
I got in my car and drove off home. When I got home I had a quick shower and jumped into bed. I layed there all night thinking of one thing and one thing only... Krystal. She was beautiful. Her brown eyes, and her brown hair. She was funny too and liked music too. I didn't tell her I was in The Collective because I wanted to know that if she liked me, she liked me for me, not Will from The Collective. I checked my phone to see it was 2am and I was still wide awake. I rolled over hoping I would be able to fall asleep soon, when I saw my phone light up. It was a text from my ex-girlfriend, Jess.
"Far out." I whispered to myself.
The text read; 'can't sleep, thinking bout you too much, i miss you.'
