It was a pretty normal day; I had just gotten home from school, and I was snuggled up on my soft bed playing my 3DS. I could bearly keep my eyes open from all that mind-numbing homework, but thankfully I was finished with it now and could get back to my games.
"(y/n) I'm going shopping. Do you want to come with me?" I hear mom ask from downstairs.
I set my game down, and I walk down the carpeted steps not far from my room so I wasn't yelling back and forth with her. "Where are you going?" I ask.
"Just to get some groceries and a few other things," she says.
"If I go, could we swing by GameStop? There's a game I've been really wanting, and I want to see if they have it," I ask. Ever since I read Ben Drowned Ive wanted to play Majoras Mask. I knew the story couldn't possibly be real, but I still really wanted to play the game.
"Alright, but it will be one of the last thigs on the list," she says.
"Deal!" I cheer. I could barely contain my excitement as an excited smile grew on my face. I always liked going to GameStop to get new games. I would always finish my games quickly and then get bored of them, and hopefully they have the game I'm wanting.
