Brantley's POV:
"Holy fuck! That's prime steak! Like champion stud shit right there!" Miranda exclaimed. I looked at Blake. He looked at me. "I ain't askin. She looked at you when she said it hoss, you ask her." Blake grinned, hands in his pockets as we sat down. "Much darlin... Do I even wanna know?" I asked as I sat. Jessa shook her head no and giggled again. "That's a damn fine belt buckle you got there B." Miranda grinned, her eyes about 6 inches lower than my belt. I liked at Jessa. "Really?" I sighed, shaking my head. The girls cracked up all over again. "What'd I miss?" Blake asked confused. "Don't ask!" All three of us said at once. As the show went on, Jessa was singing along to the performers. Eric church came out and sang "that's damn rock and roll" and Jessa really got into it. I loved her voice, it was husky, but sweet at the same time. A dangerous combination that made my adjust my jeans. "Girl! You're good! Really good!" Miranda praised her. Jessa shook her head shyly. "She is, ain't she? I tell her that all the time, but she never listens." I said. "I've been working on this song, and it's written for two. Carrie Underwood is joining me on it. But it's missing something. I'd rely like you to sing on it with us. Please Jessa?" Miranda asked seriously. "You're serious?" Jessa asked. Miranda nodded. "Ok, I'll do it. Just don't laugh if I suck." Jessa grinned bashfully. "Yes!!!" Miranda exclaimed, launching herself at Jessa in a hug. They both laughed hysterically as we stood at the end of the show to leave. We were nearly to the door when we heard "You stupid bitch!" We turned and saw Casey Musgraves come storming up towards us. She reached out to swing at Jessa but Miranda intercepted, throwing an uppercut that would make any man proud. She let out a rebel yell and slugged back the rest of her drink. Everyone around us froze. "What? I never liked her anyways." Miranda shrugged. We all cracked up. Miranda and Jessa with their arms around each other, belting out "girls just wanna have fun" at the top of their lungs.
A few days later, Jessa and I were back in Georgia. She was going out to breakfast with her brother, and I had a few errands to run. I parked my bike in the parking garage and walked out into the Atlanta sun. When I reached the front desk in the lobby, the receptionist looked frightened. Not every day a biker walked into a law firm, I guess. "I need speak with Mr. Aldus Warren please. Can you tell him that Brantley's here? We spoke on the phone earlier." I kept my voice soft as possible, and made sure to move slowly. The older woman looked absolutely terrified. She nodded hastily and paged Aldus, my lawyer who I've known for years. Minutes later he wakes out in his suit. "Hey asshole!" He shouted, causing the woman to look at him like he was crazy. She looked at me like I was going to attack someone. "Hey brother, how's the wife and kids?" I grinned. "All's great man, come on back. You're terrifying my receptionist." He cackled. I followed him back to his office. "So what's up? You said you had something you needed help with on the phone." He said. I nodded. "I want to file charges against Jana. As well as get a restraining order for myself and Jessa against her. Jana is constantly starting trouble, and I'm tired of playing with her. Jessa's ready to throw down, but Jana is the type to throw down a lawsuit real quick. She grabbed me by the balls. Literally, reached out and wrapped her hand around my shit in the middle of a bar room. Hell, the video went viral." I groaned. "Alright, not a problem. I'll get the paperwork together, then we'll head down to the local police station and have the officers sign off on it. Then we'll file the restraining. Orders and charges at the courthouse. This all happened in Jefferson right?" He asked. I nodded. "Yeah, thanks man." I told him. "No problem, this is why you pay me the big bucks my friend. I'll have the paperwork finished today and we'll meet at Jefferson police department tomorrow morning at 10. That work for you?" He asked. I nodded and grinned. We shook hands and I headed back to my bike for the ride home. When I got home, Jessa came over and I explained what I was doing. She agreed that it was the best course of action and said she'd come with me to the police station tomorrow. She'd have to sign her restraining order.
When the next morning rolled around, I was ready. Jess and I were waiting at the station for 9:45. Aldus pulled up and we did the handshake/man hug thing. "Every time I see you you get bigger and badder." He snorted. He and I went to school together. Aldus was about 5'8" with brown hair and reading glasses. He was a good dude. I introduced him to Jessa and we headed inside. Once we explained what was going on, the officers signed off on everything with out any problems. Our next stop was the courthouse. Jessa climbed on the back of my bike, melting against me. It reminded me that I needed to take her out on the bike more often. She loved it. We got everything filed and then headed home. Our part was done. The Sherriff's department would serve Jana with the restraining orders and bring her in on the sexual harassment charge. She'd bond out, but she'd hopefully get the idea that we weren't playing around.
