ANXIETY

Anxiety is a type of disorder that can't be cured but can be contained but you have to take meds to help you be calmer but it does not help all of the time. (A/N: that is true for me)

Lots of things can cause anxiety attacks some are worse than others, they can happen more than some people who have it, and some people have it very little but when you have it you can't control yourself

Some people think that if you harm yourself is the only thing to help you relieve the stress and anxiety. Let me tell you that it will NOT help you with anything in your life. Instead try to listen to happy or calm music, or another way is to go to a peaceful quiet place to clear your thoughts, and another thing that could help you if you are in school and you have your attacks there go ask the teacher (unless you have a hall pass to go to the guidence office) if you can get a pass to go to your guidence councilor (hopefully they will let you go) and then go there and when you calm down if you want tell him/her what is stressing you and then get a cup of water and ask if you can stay in the nurse's office to lay down (if not busy) for a few minutes then go back into the classroom.

Posting this early during lunch cause i have nothing better to do. School started today and it could be worse then it actually is. (My crush is in my 4th pd!!!!!!!!)
