The nun mommy

'God, please save us from this danger'. a young was silently asking for salvation of everyone in the convent. That morning everything was normal and usual. Nuns woke up, did the work, had their breakfast like every other day. It was time during their morning meal that they were interupted by one of sisters who came in hurry screaming like the Devil himself was running after her. It was not the devil but was very close to him.
"Norseman are coming! We must hurry and run away!" she yelled. Others nun, including Mother superior and Agnes ran to hide. But there was very important thing to do. They had to hide the Bible and other sacred texts on some safe place which was not easey task. The long ships with head of monstrous drsgon/serpent was coming closer and closer. There was not much time. Scared for their life, nuns took the Bible outside the convent and placed it in a hole deep enough to hide Sacred book and texts. After they covered the hole they noticed that the ship was no longer to be seen at the horizont which meant only one thing. Vikings stepped on the shore and started marching toward the covent. Nothing prepared Agnes for this. She was so young, only 18 at that time and also the youngest of nuns. She held Mother superior by hand and argued her to follow her somewhere.
"Save yourself child. I am too old and long ago I was ready to face death."
"I could leave you. They will kill you." she was scared to the death but didnt want to leave her.
"I said go. I lived long enough and I am happy to finslly meet our Lord. Now go, now!"
Being obediente Agnes run to the nearby woods justin the moment when vikings approached the convent. They saw her and run after her, but not before killing Mother superior. Agnes ran deep into the woods. She stopped when she could no more hear their voices. Thinking she was safe, Agnes kneeled ant started to pray. It was then when world went blank. It was year A. D. 986.
