I sat in the small space craft leaving Lothal, sitting next to Lasuly, head down while she spat out questions.

'How did you find us?' 'Why did you help?' 'Who are you?' 'What is that?' 'Is this space?' 'Is that a nebula?'

"Your friend was strong with the force. We need more allies." the Togruta replied.

"Huh? Why?" Lasuly asked.

(A/N. Assuming that you know the whole Star Wars: Rebels story and plot)

The Togruta told us all about the rebellion, the Clone Wars, Empire, etc., but in a rather brief way. About how Jedi were wiped out and only three were in the rebellion, currently.

"Also, I believe we have not properly introduced. My name is Ahsoka Tano." Ahsoka nodded.

"Lasuly Mai." Lasuly smiled.

"Saphir Gema." I muttered. I still didn't believe what happened. Still deep in thought, I thought this was just a dream to warn me to be careful, and how I can easily drop my sanity.

"Sorry about her. Just what happened earlier..." Lasuly apologized. "We're more like a trio, not a duo."

"I understand." Ahsoka replied.

"Where's the rest of the rebellion?" Lasuly asked.

"Out on a mission."

"To get Mini-" I stopped.

"How did you know?" Ahsoka asked.

"Earlier in the day, Minister Tua and Jo were talking to some people I remembered earlier on that week, you know, that weird feeling you get when other Jedi are around. When I felt that, I saw them." I explained.

Ahsoka looked at me, impressed. But I still kept my head down.

I woke when the ship shook, with distant sounds of explosions. Lasuly fell from the top bunk, which really wasn't high.

"Oww! Damn pilot." Lasuly growled, barely awake.

"I don't think it was terrible flying skills." I said, rolling off. The ship shook again, but the explosion closer.

"Get up." I said, lending a hand. Lasuly grumpily took it and went outside.

I saw the commander in dismay, refusing to leave the ship.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"The mission failed. You need to leave, I need to get at least some data down. Go to the escape pods! Hurry!" he said, pointing down the hall.

Lasuly turned to leave, but I knew that the was never going to make it out. I quickly ran to the main computer and did some stuff. (Not that it really matters)

"If we have access to another computer of the sort, I can bring up the information. It attached secretly onto the Imperial database so we can access it anywhere we go." I grabbed Lasuly and the Commander. "But they need a password to see the information. Without it, it would be hard to get through to the info." the ship shook. "This ship can't withstand another attack! Let's get out of here!"

"Thank you! So very much!" The commander smiled, sitting in the escape pod in front of me.

"It was nothing." I said, smiling back. Suddenly, I remembered Eral. Why couldn't I save her?

Lasuly looked at me and saw the pain in my eyes. She knew exactly my thoughts.

"So commander! What happened?" she asked, distracting him.

"Well..."

I bowed my head in shame. Why couldn't I save her?! If I hadn't been so dumb! No, if the Empire didn't exist, Lothal didn't exist, guns, armor, power, and greediness didn't exist!

I sighed. Nope, still anger.

I looked out the window, where a ship (not as large as the last, but definitely bigger than the escape pod) was there.

Only 3 more stages to go.
