Later that day...
"Eren." I whispered, Eren was my cousin, who was the only one in the hospital room at the moment,
"Yeah?" He whispered back,
"Remember that girl in here?"
"Mhm."
"H-her name's Margo. And you know what, Eren? I tried to give her the world. F*ck I tried to give her my world too. Man I tried so hard. And things were going so well, Eren. But things like this happen, f*cked up things like this. Maybe if that stupid doctor didn't clear me so early, Margo and I could've gotten married, we could've had kids, a family. But that's not how the world works, is it? No, it isn't. The world is a unfair, b*tch." Eren cleared his throat,
"Chris. Nothing in this world is ever fair, that's the world for ya. The world will forever be the one ruining things." He laughed coldly, "Earth breaking hearts for 4 billion years."
A tear slid down my cheek,
"I just wanted the world for her. That's all I wanted."
