A/n Hey guys so this I the first chapter, it's really short but it's just kind of a preview of what I'm planing on writing this fall:)

Sunday 3:04pm

"Wait!" The boy said throwing himself in between the closing doors of the elevator. I rolled my eyes and slid my suit case closer to my body. "You really should be more careful," I said "you could've been crushed." he shrugged and ran a hand through his hair looking in the mirror. "You shouldn't ride elevators by yourself. What if this thing broke and you were stuck inside by yourself?" "I can take care of myself. And riding with a strange boy is better?" I countered. He smirked and nodded. "Logan." He said sticking out his hand. "Blaire." I said barely shaking his hand before pulling mine back. "Well Blaire this is my floor but I believe this will not be the last time we will be seeing each other." "And what makes you think that." "Just a feeling." And with that he was gone before I had the chance to reply. The encounter with Logan made me uneasy and slightly confused. I did know one thing for sure though, I did not want to run into that boy again.

I rolled my suitcase around the corner stopping at room 306. I swiped the key and strolled in admiring the two large beds in the center. I plopped myself and my suitcase on the bed closest to the window. I stared out it admiring the view of the town so familiar to me and let the memories flow. I sat up abruptly and shut the blinds. 7 days. I was here for 7 days and trust me that was 7 to many.

I was here for my brothers wedding and then I would be back home in no time. He was 23, making him 6 years older than me, and was engaged to his girlfriend of 3 years. I was happy for him but not happy he chose to have the wedding here. When we were younger, and before we moved, I was a lot closer with him but after everything that happened we drifted apart. Well more accurately I drifted apart. It was the same with my sister who was a year older than me but we were a bit closer because we still live in the same house.

As if on que Grace burst through the doors. She gently set her 5 suitcases down near the foot of her bed and nodded my way. "Brett and Tessa have been looking for you, they want you to try on your dress to make sure it fits." She said sighing. Unlike me Grace was still quite close to our brother and wasn't to keen on the idea of the wedding, we all love Tessa but Grace thought that we wouldn't get to see Brett as much anymore. I think that she was probably right but just not to that much of an extent.

I nodded and grabbed my room key. "I'll be back." I mumbled pushing the door open. I walked down the long hall until I got to room 323. I took a deep breath before wrapping my knuckles on the door in front of me. I counted 6 seconds exactly before the door flung open. I was immediately wrapped into a big bear hug which I shyly returned. "I've missed you little sis." He said looking down on me smirking.

My brother and sister both had gotten their height from my father sitting at a comfortable 6'3" and 5'7" whereas I had taken after my mother with a whopping 5'1".

I scrunched my face up and he laughed throwing his arm around my shoulder. "C'mon in." He said already dragging me. I looked around his room noticing subtle differences between his room and mine; only one bed, a larger table in the corner, and clothes thrown all over the place. "Brett your rooms a mess." I stated. He shrugged "Could be worse." I rolled my eyes.

The door opened and both our eyes flew to the beautiful girl coming through it. "Blaire! I've been looking everywhere for you, I have your dress!" She squealed smiling. "It's good to see you Tessa." I said politely.

One hour later I was walking back to my room. The lilac mid length dress fit perfectly and the black pumps fit even better. Although I do love a good pair of heels it was nice to be back in my worn Nike trainers. I was so focused on my feet I didn't realize that I ran right into someone. My head immediately snapped up. "I'm so sorry!" I said. "Wait a minute your that boy in the elevator." I said. The boy, whose name had slipped me, raised an eyebrow. "You sure? I would remember a face like yours and I just don't." He said. My face went crimson. "Really? I could've sworn it was you." I said shrugging. He started to open his mouth but I spoke first. "Any ways sorry again for running into you." With that I walked off before he had the chance to reply. That was absolutely humiliating.
