Step 6 and maybe the last chappy

Niall walked over to Mai and she looked at him. "Mai?" She sighed deeply and looked at him. "Niall, you don't love me do you?" She asked. "I do baby I do." he whispered before pulling her upstairs. "Yea, but as a friend right?" she stated slowly."no....well...yes...Idk..." He said confused. She began to tear up and she pushed Niall away. "Just leave me alone you prick. You never loved me you just play with my emotions and that is sick! So how bout you just leave." She stated briefly and than Niall walked up to her grabbing her by the wrists swiftly and pushing her against the wall. "I love you Mai, so much so don't you ever deny it."

She struggled against his grip, but she couldn't get out of it, "Let go Ni, just let me go." Niall shook his head before staring straight at her and then he noticed something, how she was cringing almost like she was in pain.

He flipped her onto the bed and quickly pulled up her sleeves. She struggled against him and then he saw them, bruises and cuts going up her arms far as the eye could see. "M-Mai." She was in tears now. "I think you've seen enough." she whispered and Niall looked at her.

"Who did this to you, who hurt you?" "I can't tell you or he'll hurt me again." Niall heard a very loud voice say, "Lets go Mai Now!" Mai flinched almost instantly at the sound of the voice and she hid behind Niall. "He'll hurt me again."

This angered Niall and he heard the boy come up the steps. "Mai get your -" He stopped mid sentence seeing Mai hiding behind Niall. "Who are you?" he asked. "No, I think the real question is who are you?" Niall asked standing up. "I'm Jason, Mai's boyfriend." "Oh no your not, your her ex." he said quickly.

Jason tensed and looked at Mai, "Is this true?" Mai nodded worried. Jason got up and walked over to Mai raising his hand as if to hit her. Niall pounced on Jason, punching him in the jaw. Jason punched him twice in the face. Niall punched him again and Jason fell to the floor as Niall kept punching him. Mai screamed for help.

Liam's P.O.V.

I heard Mai scream and I ran upstairs to see Niall punching Jason, I pulled him off of him and I saw Niall had blood dripping from his lip and Jason was bruised up real good. Niall spit in his direction before saying, "Now listen, Mate." He said sarcastically. "Get out of here because you are unworthy to date Mai, let alone put your ands and bruise her up."

I looked at Mai in disbelief an then saw her arm. Jason got up and left and Mai started crying. "Why'd you do that Niall? I could've handled it myself. I left to go make sure Molly knew everything was alright and I guess they needed alone time.

Niall's P.O.V.

"Because he doesn't deserve you Mai, he hurt you and I don't want to see you like that your special Mai and call it cliche, but I love you." She looked at me and practically jumped into my arms, crying, "I love you too Niall so much."

Mai's P.O.V.

He put his forehead against mine and then kissed me and I kissed back and we just stayed like that before we hear a cough. We broke away and I saw my mum standing right there. "So is it official?"she asked. "Mum!" I yelled and she grinned at me. "Yep, Ni is my newest boyfriend." I said before ushering her away.She grinned and then left us alone. I sighed and fell asleep on the floor in Niall's arms.

Niall's P.O.V.

I watched her sleep and soon I fell asleep also.....

The next day...........................

We were awakened by none other than Louis Tomlinson and I was pretty upset by that, he was supposed to be visiting his family, so why did I hear his voice? It took me a while to realize that he was on Skype along wit the other boys and Liam was telling them about lat night.

Liam was right in the room using Mai's laptop. "Li, shut up!You too Lou!." I mumbled at them and Liam came over with the computer. "See boys, they finally made it happen, its now down." He said happily.

"But there was no step six!" Louis complained and that's when I spoke up, "Yes it was, step six was to get her to realize that you were meant to be together no matter the distances, the obstacles, or the people that try to separate us."

Mai yawned, "Then I Iove step six." "Oh yea and Niall, why did you come back that day?"

"Well....I said it was for the album." I started, "But i really came back for you."
