Learn a Lesson (Abusive!Ciel x Reader)

Business Trip

"Of course Ciel! Yes." You couldn't help but grin at Ciel's proposal. This actually brought a small, genuine smile to his face, which is quite rare. He pulled you into a warm hug, and you had hugged back. He planted a kiss on your cheek when you two finally pulled away...

You two had loved another more than anything back then. Things were perfect. Elizabeth had not been as angry as you had thought she would be when Ciel told her, and she moved on quite quickly. You two were perfect for one another, and you would never dare to do anything to change or insult the other.

Things have changed since then.

Both of you have grown, and are both in your late teens. Ciel is now (finally (XD)) eighteen, and you are nearly there yourself, being but a few months younger than him. Over time, Ciel had grown more and more angry and frustrated at his ever failing quest for revenge. And with that, he started to take his anger out on you. It switched between physical and verbal abuse often, but you just took it.

Even though Ciel had grown even darker and harassed you, you still love him deeply. Nobody knows what is really going on behind the closed doors besides Ciel and you yourself, as well as Sebastian. But, of course, the demon could do nothing about it, even if he really cared. Not even the other servants know, for you keep it a secret. Fearing not just for what Ciel'll do to you, but for Ciel and his reputation.

At the moment, Ciel is preparing for a business trip to Spain. He's learned to fare for himself over the years (though it took a long while), and has decided to leave Sebastian with you. Both to make sure the other servants don't wreck the manner, and so he can keep an eye on you... Like you would actually do anything.

"I'll be back in a few weeks. Goodbye, (Name)." Ciel says, placing a@ quick kiss on your lips. While you used to love his kisses, they now make you more than nervous. What if you screw up? He'll most likely hit you again...

"Goodbye, Ciel..." You say quietly, trying not to be too loud. It's one of the things he would scold and beat you about constantly. He nods curtly and enters the carriage. You wait in the same spot until it's out of your sight. You release a breath you didn't know you were holding and turn to Sebastian with a small smile.

"Let's go inside. There's no use in freezing out here." Sebastian returns the smile and nods, with the bow of his head and a hand on his chest.

"Of course, my lady."
