How did you even get into this mess? all you did was help a beautiful white snake when some guys were trying to catch it. little did you know, after you set it free, it would leave the engagement mark upon your wrist. you knew you had feelings for tomoe, but his sweet and gentle nature began to grow on you. you sigh as his amazingly annoying spirits came in. you were thankful that they listened to you when you asked them to not say anything to you. they were so annoying to the point of where you would seethe with rage. mizuki smiles and merely waves them away. you blush and sigh as he looks at you. You're so beautiful (y/n)... please allow me to..." he doesn't finish as he gently grabs a strand of your (h/c) hair. you blush as you realize he got closer. "Mizuki?"
He looks over at you and smiles. "yes my dearest?" You sigh lightly and look at him. "Why did you choose me? and please give me another reason besides 'I saved you from some boys'." His smile doesn't change. "I chose you because you've shown me a kindness I never thought was possible by a human, let alone someone as beautiful and sweet as you." He gently reaches to graze your cheek, waiting for you to pull yourself away. when you don't, he relaxes and places his gentle hand upon your cheek. he smile and looks at you. "I thank you for accepting my touch, but you seem somewhat sad..." you sigh and hug him in fear of the tears threatening to run down your cheeks. "I... I guess you just remind me of someone I miss dearly..." he wraps his arms around you, despite being surprised from your sudden affection. "I can understand how you feel... I lost my lady, and things were never quite the same... please don't hate me for asking..." you gently pull away from the hug. "... but whom was it you lost that sounds you so my love?" you sigh and the tears begin to fall as the tragic memory of your mother getting murdered crossed your mind. "It was... my mother..." you say as he's taken back from your concession. the tears continue to fall as he gently hugs you, you not caring now that you've revealed your deepest secret. "I'm terribly sorry I asked and i-." you hold up your hand to silence him. "I'm not angry mizuki... please just allow me to be alone..." you say as he nods and lets you stand. "there is a room waiting for you. I'll check on you in 10 minutes." You smile. "Thank you mizuki..." you walk off to your room and lay down, the tears never ending until you begin to wonder when it will get better. you then hear a knock on the door. "(Y/n)... may I come in?" you don't respond and he comes in, only this time he isn't wearing a shirt. "my dearest... is it okay if I'm like this?" you blush as you see how nice he looks. "i-it's quite fine..." you say as you feel your heart speed up. he smiles and gently places a hand on your cheek. "I hoped you would like it." he says as he begins to blush slightly. "My love... may I do something, how shall we say "crazy?" you blush and nod. "sure mizuki." he looks at you and slowly begins to lean in, his eyes closing slowly.
