How to make you're ex jealous by dating you're best friend

Jack's POV

What did he mean before something bad happens? It couldn't be that Hoodie is jealous, and he pushed Toby down the hill out of jealousy? I couldn't roll out that possibility has the day went on I could notice Toby's pain more and more and .... I was about to snap. Who would do this to him? He's so sweet and innocent probably not as innocent as I think since he can kill a person right on cue.  I was playing the piano like always when Toby ran around the corner, fear in his eyes. "Save me!" he screamed clinging to my arm. I couldn't see who was attacking him but no one, but I'm pretty sure I could see Hoodie's bright orange hoodie from around the corner. It was probably just my imagination but Toby was shaking. I gave him a hug hoping he wouldn't  reject me like last time. "Toby I'm here don't worry," I said as he sat on my lap. "Promise," he sniffed. I hugged him even tighter as I whispered in his ear "Yes I promise I'm here,". He wouldn't stop shivering I picked up my black sweat shirt putting it on Toby. It was over sized on him but he looked cute on him. "T-thank you," he stuttered.  I smiled at him playing the piano. I was playing a soft melody when Toby started falling asleep leaning back on my arm. I continued to play when I saw Toby curl up into a ball. "Everything okay?' I ask. "Yeah just thinking," he replied. I stop "You've been doing that a lot lately," I told him, but he didn't reply. "Is there something you need to tell me?".  "No its just-," he stopped as Hoodie walked into he living room. "I'll leaven you two alone," he said trying to get up but I was holding on to him really tightly . "Hey Hoodie what do you want?" I ask. "I came to see if you would take me back," he said. "Well um you see," I tired making up excuses when I looked down at Toby who was shaking in Hoodie's presence. "I have a new boyfriend," I said kissing Toby's cheek.  Hoodie shot Toby a death glare as he shook  in fear I think I'm starting to get it. "Alright," he said walking  out. "What the hell man!" Toby squealed. "Relax don't worry you're not really my boyfriend I just want to make Hoodie really jealous," I replied. He devilishly smirked alright," he agreed. "Just don't fall in love with me okay?" I was joking around of course maybe it would be so bad falling in love with Toby Erin Rodgers.
