"Mylooo!" I squealed as I ran towards him. It had been a whole month since I last saw him, and while he was on his vacation a lot happened at CDC. I had become really good friends with the new girl Abi and Allain had created a new Elite group that consisted of me, Myles, Jessy, Abi, Devon, Tanner, Nick, Abbey and Jordan. I was so excited to tell him everything that happened and introduce him to Abi. He was my best friend, anyways.

"Briar!" he laughed as he hugged back. "I missed you so much!"

"Me too. How was your trip?"

"It was so fun, but it would have been better with you there," he winked. I blushed, turning my face so he wouldn't see.

"I'm so excited for you to meet Abi!" I exclaimed, trying to change the subject. "C'mon, lets go to studio A."

"Myles!" Devon yelled as he jumped on the shorter boy. The rest of them trailed behind him, waiting to greet Myles.

After everyone was done greeting him, I introduced Abi. "Myles, this is our new member Abi. Abi, this is Myles," I smoothly said. "I-it's nice t-to meet you," Myles stuttered, with this look that I had never seen before. Almost as if he was in love with her or something. But, I thought he liked me?

"Hey Abi, let me show you something," he said, grabbing her hand and pulling her away. Abi looked back at me and smiled, and I tried to smile. I couldn't believe it. I started to feel something I had never felt before, I think I was jealous. No, I couldn't be. I didn't like him like that, did I?

My thoughts were interrupted by Natasha, the teacher, announcing that we would get to choreograph a duet to get used to our new group. I walked to Jessy, but she was with Abbey, my sister. Than I went to Myles, but he was with Abi. So I went to Devon. "Hey, wanna be my partner?" I asked. "Sure." he replied. So we started to choreograph our routine. It turned out really good, we had a lot of crazy lifts. We volunteered to go first. After we did our duet, everyone was so impressed. "Incredible job, you two," Natasha said. Next it was Tanner, Jordan and Nick. They had to do a trio because we had an odd amount of people. It was actually pretty good! Next up was Myles and Abi. When they got into their beginning spots, I knew I couldn't watch. "Can I go to the washroom?" I blurted.

"Of course." I could feel Myles' disappointed eyes on me, but I kept walking. When I heard the music end, I walked back into the studio. There was a light applause, but no one looked that impressed. "Myles, you seemed- off," Natasha questioned.

"I was just, distracted," he said as he locked eyes with me. I quickly turned away.

"Okay, Jessy and Abbey?"

After the girls performed their (very good) duet, Natasha started to write something down. "Okay!" she clapped, making us give her our attention. "I have paired everyone with someone I would like to see them perform a duet or trio with. My pairs are; Jessy and Abi, Jordan and Nick, Tanner and Abbey, and our trio is Myles, Devon, and Briar! Get to work everyone." Great, now I have to work with Myles. I looked at Devon, ignoring Myles' gaze on me. I felt like Devon knew what i was feeling because he gave me a very sympathetic look. He was basically my older brother. "Okay, what's our story line going to be?" I questioned, acting as professional as i could.

"We could do a love story," Myles tried.

"No!" I yelled, a little to suddenly. he looked so hurt that I didn't like his idea. Why should he care what I don't like? It's not like he's going to date me, he likes Abi. "I-I mean, I th-think Devon has a better, more original idea. Right, Devon?"
