Brother instinct

Shiro and I where returning from the hunt. As we where wallking down the hall we ran into Eren.

He had promised me he wouldn't tell anyone that I was a ghoul too. "Shiro can Eren walk me to my room, we still have something to discuss."

He looked at me and nodded, handing me over to Eren. "How's your arm?" He pointed at my arm, having a confused look on his face.

"It's healed already." I rolled up my sleeve to show him my healed arm. "Wow!" He grabbed my arm unintentionally pulling me closer to his body.

I started explaining how ghoul's heal when we eat enough. And what kinds of kagune exist and the two types of ghoul's

He then started asking questions about my family and if I had other brothers or sisters.

I explained everything about Touka, Ayato and the things he didn't know about Shiro.

He then explained everything about his family and that Mikasa and Armin are now the closest to family he has.

It was my turn to talk about my family. I then explained that the higher ranking ghoul you are the more hunting grounds you get.

He nodded and asked if titans where a problem for ghoul's. I kept trying to tell him that titans weren't a problem.

Than the irritating question came. Why? Why weren't titans a threat to ghouls?

Eren than suggested a few reasons why, like, they can't see us, they don't want to eat us or the best, they are our pets.

While he was ranting about option I was formulating an answer in my head.

"You know the feeding grounds I talked about earlier in this conversation?"

He thought about it and nodded.
"You mean the ones higher rank ghouls get more from?"

"The 'food' we hunt are titans."
I turned away ashamed. Titans killed his family, what will he do if he finds out I'm more of a monster?

He called my name gently. As if he could read my mind.

We weren't aware of the fast approaching form that ran towards us.

Shiro looked confused as the two forms in front of him tightly embraced eachother.

As I looked Eren arm wrapped around me. My eyes widened in shock as I looked up at his eyes that where not even close to equally shocked.

"Eren what are you doing?!" We parted him still holding onto my arm. "S-Shiro? What are you doing here!"

"Well I decided to wait for my little sister." He stepped closer to us tugging me away from Eren, along to his room.

"Bye Eren!" Shiro pulled harder yelling "You'll have to sleep somewhere else tonight," at Eren.

"Shura, I don't want you to hug boys you've met three days ago understood?"

I looked up at him as we approached his room. "Understood big brother." He opened the door telling me to enter first.

"Take one of my shirts from the closet so I can wash yours." I walked towards his closet picking out one of Shiro's black shirts.

I pulled my blood-stained white t-shirt over my head, dropping it to the floor. Picking up the black shirt from Shiro's bed putting it on.

"Shura I do hope you don't undress as quickly around other boys than you did with me."

I stood up, walking towards him. "Of course I don't!" We spend the rest of the night arguing over my behaviour around boys.

A few times there was a person who'd come knockng on the door asking for silence.

Each time it was happily ignored by the two fighting siblings.
