Tonight is the night I start my new job at Freddy Fazbears Pizza. I've been looking forward to it ever since they called and said I got the job. I've heard the rumors about that place. Murder. Just merciless murder of children is what I have heard. Suure... Like that's going to stop me from working! Murders my ass... It's all just a hoax; why can't everybody see that?
It was 11:55 p.m., and I was walking into the pizzaria. 'It sure is... Creepier at night...' I thought to myself. I continued in, and walked a little deeper into the place. I found my office that I'd be staying in for the night. It was.. Small, but it was better than nothing. I sat down in the chair placed behind a desk. I gazed over my desk and saw a monitor displaying different areas of the pizzaria. I checked multiple different areas to get myself acquainted with the place. 'Okay, this should be easy. What kind of idiot would want to break into a kids pizza place? Beats me..' I thought. I looked at my desk again, and saw a phone. I thought it was just for decoration, until it rang. I let it ring for a second to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. I reached for the phone and hesitantly picked it up.
"Hello? Heeeelooooo!" Is what he first said. I could already tell I wouldn't like this guy... He continued, "Uhhh, I just wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Umm, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm...finishing up my last week now as a matter of fact so... I know it can be a little overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you: there's nothing to worry about, uhh, you'll do fine! So... let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay? Uh... Let's see. First there's an introductory greeting from the company I'm supposed to read. Eeh it's kind of a legal thing, you know. 'Welcome to Freddy Fazbears Pizza: a magical place where kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazzbear entertainment is not responsible for damage, property or person. Upon the discovery of the damage or death of the third, a missing person's report will be filled within ninety days or as soon as property and premise have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached and the carpets have been replaced. Blah, blah, blah. ' Now that might sound bad, I know, there's really nothing to worry about. Uhh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night but do I blame them? No! If I were forced to sing... Those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never get a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritabe at night too. So remember: these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children. You need to show them a little respect. Right? Okay. So just be aware the characters do tend to wander around a bit. They have some sort of "free roaming mode" at night. Something about their servos locking up if they get turned off for too long. Uhh,they used to wander during the day too, but then there was the bite of '87. Yeah... I-it's amazing that a human body can live without a frontal lobe, ya know? A-anyways good luck on your first night." He hung up. I was a little scared now. The animatronics roam around at night? That's a bit... Freaky... I better keep my guard up then. I don't want to lose a frontal lobe too...
It was now 2:15. Nothing really moved like the phone guy said they would. I checked the monitor to find one of the animatronics were missing. I stared to panic and look through the other areas for the animatronic. I found it in the restrooms. Wierd, yes. This whole, 'night guard' things isn't very fun anymore... Knowing I'll probably DIE!! 'I just have to make it through tonight... I won't die... I'm going to live and see another day..' I kept reassuring myself that I wasn't going to die, but it was only making me more anxious.
I checked over the monitor again. I checked 'Pirate Cove' as I was told Foxie was there. I was told he was out of order, but I still had to check on him. I looked a the monitor and blinked a couple times. Was what I was seeing real..? I rubbed my eyes. Maybe I was just tired. I looked at it again and saw he wasn't there. I checked the hallways, and saw him coming this way. I hurriedly closed the doors and locked them. Just in time too... 'Phew..' I thought.
Now it was 5:57. My shift is almost over, and I can leave this hell hole they call a pizzaria! I checked the monitor one last time to see the animatronics were all in different spots in the pizzaria. I let out a shaky breath and looked at my watch. 6:00 a.m. it read. I let out a sigh of relief and got up from the chair. I walked out of the office, and hurried out of the place and raced to my car like my life depended on it. Which it did of course. Foxie nearly killed me! I got into my car and drove away, pretending nothing happened that night. But I still had to come back tomorrow... Hopefully the animatronics won't try killing me tomorrow. 'Maybe that was only a one time thing. I bet it was just that, and I'm worrying over nothing.' I sighed. We'll just have to see won't we?
