Being sick is something we all hate don't we ? Being at tide to your bet 24/7 with nothing to do while everybody else seems to have more fun than ever. Sure we can skip school and we can sleep as long as we want but we can't go out with friends having fun. It feels like we could miss something and deep inside we really wanna be good again. Yeah we want that but when it comes to Michael it's a different story. He kind of likes being sick. Being sick means he can stay up late to play his favourite games or watch his movies all over again because he knows no one would wake him up in the morning. He loves staying in bed all day not giving a fuck about what to wear or how to look at all. Sure, he would miss hanging out with his best friends or all the good parties that where planned this weekend but he didn't care.

His mother on the other hand, hated a sick Michael. It meant always doing shit for him because a sick Michael is an even more lazy Michael. Every hour he needs something else. Sure he knows that his mum is annoyed but sometimes he just likes to tease her by calling her just because he is too lazy to go down to the kitchen to get a drink. She would just roll her eyes with a fake smile and do what Michael asks her. He's not a spoiled brat or anything, it's just that his mother knows if she wouldn't do it he would play the poor little boy who can't stay in bed but he has to stay in bed he's sick, right? How could she be responsible for Michael to miss even more classes than he already did ?

And because of that Michael was sitting in his bed with a big cup of tea and some cheetos playing league on his laptop, like he always did when he was in his room. He wasn't really the party kinda guy even if they could be fun from time to time he just disliked them. It's not that he was against drinking or anything but he hated large crowds. He preferred small groups of people, mostly just him and his best friends sitting in his backyard drinking the beer Ashton bought. Ashton was one of his so called best friends. He met him over the internet weird right? Meeting people over the internet was a thing now. At first he thought that Ash was a 50 year old men with a weird obsession for old school music but when the guy started to complain over his little siblings Mikey knew that he was wrong. In the beginning his other friends Calum and Luke where unsure if they liked ash but after almost 5 years together now they don't regret giving the curly haired guy a chance.

Talking about his best friends, one of them just complained about Michael being sick and not being able to come with them to a big party at a friends place. Michael just apologized with a smirk feeling bad for Luke that he had to leave him alone with Ash and Calum but he knew he wouldn't miss anything special. They would get drunk, Calum would flirt with the next girl he could find and usually end up taking her to any empty room in the house. Calum isn't a relationship kinda guy and no he doesn't hide that. He never would give someone false hope or anything but he really likes to have fun and it seems like the girls want that. Michael hates this side on his friend. Hes known Calum for a little over 10 Years now and he has changed a lot in the past few years. Ever since he, Michael, and Luke started posting silly videos on YouTube he started to act different. It's not that he changed everything, he was still that weird dude who would kick Mikeys ass at Fifa but he loved to party and enjoying the small fame they had because of the YouTube stuff. They sometimes argue about the way Calum gives a fuck about the amount of parties he goes to or the many girls he has but in the end Luke tells Mikey to just let him do whatever he wants. It's always Luke who tries to calm them down, telling Michael that Calum just lives his life enjoying being a teenager who is lucky to be well known on the internet for his look and his voice. In the end they would just laugh about what Luke said and never talk about it again.

Michael was now thinking about Luke being alone with Ash and Calum knowing that he wouldn't have fun without him. Luke was always out with Ash and Cal but when it comes to parties he would stick to Mikey, which was something the boy doesn't understand. Luke was a damn good looking boy and every girl would sell their parents to be with him but he hated being the centre of attention, something else Mikey didn't understand even after all the years.
