Chapter Six: The Bon Fire

Kaysen's POV:

What the hell are these two doing here in Bar Harbor? Did they not get the hint that I want them to leave me the hell alone? I thought that with ignoring their calls and text messages that they would get the hint. Well apparently not. I always knew that these two were not very bright.

"What the hell are you two doing here in Maine?"

"I came to see my best friend duh."

"Lily, you were my best friend, before you decided to sleep with my boyfriend."

"Kaysen I love you and you know that?"

"Really Alec, you are going to sit there and tell me that you love me, and yet you decided to sleep with my best friend?"

"Kaysen, we were drunk and didn't know what we were doing."

"Lily, I have seen you drunk and if you're telling me that you were drunk that night, I am calling bull shit and same with you Alec."

"Here is the truth Kaysen, Alec and I were really mad that you were moving. I knew that if you didn't call me that night that you were coming to the party. So I told Alec that maybe having you catch us in bed together, that you may know how mad Alec and I really were."

"Are you kidding me right now Lily? I had no choice in the matter to my family moving, you should have known that. And if you think that it was okay to sleep with each other and not think it is wrong,  then you both are seriously fucked up in your heads. Do you guys have any idea about how bad you hurt me?"

"We are sorry about that. It was a bad choice and a huge mistake. We are human and make mistakes Kaysen, no one is perfect."

"Alec, now knowing that you both slept with each other on purpose makes everything so much worse. You both broke my heart, and really hurt me."

Alec got up off my bed and started to come over to me. Did he really think that I would forgive him for what he did?

He walked right up to me, the closer he got to me, the farther I backed away from him until my back was against the wall. The look in his eyes told me, that whatever he was going to say or do was not going to be good. 

All I could do was ask the nice spirit that is in my house for some help. I just hope that he was here in the room with me.

"Listen here Kaysen, you are my girlfriend and I am a guy, so you cannot stay mad at me sleeping with Lily. Maybe if you would not have been so uptight about your stupid virginity, this might never have happened. So you will forgive me and we are still together. Do you understand me?"

I was about to open my mouth, when all of a sudden it was like Alec was pulled from the back and then punched in the face. He landed really hard on my floor. I was doing my best not to laugh or even smile. Thank you spirit, you just saved me.

Alec got up and looked extremely terrified. "What the freaking hell was that?"

"That Alec is the spirit that is haunting my house. It is very protective of me. So what I suggest you both do is get the hell out of my house, walk your asses onto the air plane and never look back. You guys are nothing to me anymore; it's a shame we have to breathe the same air because you guys are nothing but trash that needs to be thrown out."

Someone knocked on my door and in walked my mom. "Hey kids, dinner is ready. Will you two be joining us for dinner?"

"No they won't mom. They were just about to leave."
