Tucker's POV

Hey if it isn't my little Phantom.' said Roxy. 'Roxy!' said Danny as we headed into the bus right after Danny.

'It's good to see you again.' she said as she smiled at Danny.

'You too Rox.' said Danny as he sat down and put his feet up. Leaving room for Sam and I. Danny put his arm around Sam as he got comfortable. 'I see you two have gotten close since our last encounter.' said Roxy threw the rearview mirror. 'Yeah... were dating now.' said Sam as she inched closer towards Danny.

'Good well I had some time to think this through. .' Said Roxy as she continued to drive. 'Yeah?' asked Danny. 'Your secrets safe with me.' said Roxy as she winked through the mirror.

'Thanks Rox... You're the best.' said Danny as he relaxed. 'I know.' She said with a grin. 'I just worry about you is all.' she said a tad worried.

'Roxy... I'm not alone... Any, more... I have you Sam, and Tucker. She sighed deeply. 'Yeah... Good friends is all you need... that... and your parents.' .... 'Roxy... I told you already.' he seemed upset. 'I know I'm just saying... even heroes need their family.' she said softly... And just barely if you blinked you would miss it....

Roxy... sheded the smallest tear you would ever see... and I doubt she'll ever do it again.

'So you think I should go home?' asked Danny. 'Well... yeah... I mean... they are your family Phantom. Love em while you got em.' said Roxy as she stopped at a stop light. 'Why are you always right?' asked Danny as he looked down at the bus floor.

Which was nothing but old mats was with stuck on used gum and dried vomit. 'Older people tend to be.' she said as the bus began moving again. 'Wisdom...' said Sam as she looked at her clasped hand that was intertwined with Danny's.

'Yes sire bob.' she said as she raised a fist in the air. 'Liking those wrestling fights huh Rox?'Said Danny as he lifted his eyebrow. 'Uh... Okay you got me there Phantom.' said Roxy with a smile. 'I know it.' said Danny with pride. 'Remember sweet pea... Parents are here to love, teach, trust, and support.' said Roxy looking Danny strait in the eye.

'Really?' he asked. 'Of course... I never met a parent that doesn't, and I'm Roxy have I ever steered you wrong?' Danny smiled a little. 'No....' she smiled back. 'Darn right... and I'm not gonna start now!' I laughed. .. As did Sam and Danny. 'You got great friends... don't ruin it just because you fear the future or the past! This is now Phantom!' Danny nodded fiercely. I think he got the jest. After Roxy's lesson... Which seemed to have gotten Danny's attention.

Danny seemed more... open he was talking about movies and video games.... and food! Things he never wanted to discuss before. To me he seemed more like well a normal American teenager.

Which is.... good. Thanks to Roxy. I think I got my best friend back. I should thank Roxy before I leave. 'Your very wise.' ..... 'When you've lived as long as I have you learn things you didn't even know.' she said as she slowed down a bit. 'That's true!' said Sam.

'Yup.' Roxy confirmed. 'So where you headed?' asked Roxy. 'Probably just head to Sam's.' said Danny as he bent his head back. 'Shouldn't we go to your place? You know face your fear?' Danny looked down at his shoes... trying to ignore Sam's question... Didn't work... one... bit. 'Danny...' said Sam placing her hands on her hips. 'But...' she just stared at him. Waiting... waiting for an answer.

It didn't seem, like he was ready.

'Fine, but I mean there not your normal run of the mill family. There far from it.' Sam laughed. 'Neither are my parents... Let's just say they wanted a Daughter that loves pink.' said Sam with a laugh. Danny and I couldn't help but join in. 'I feel a little better now.' said Danny as he rubbed his neck nervously. 'Good so.. It's decoded... Roxy will take us to your place.' Danny looked down at his shoes. 'Well my parents and sister's place.' ..... 'I've been a street kid for a while now... I doubt they even want me back...

Probably glad they didn't have to deal with Me.' said Danny as he played with his hands... once again. 'Sweetie. You're the sweetest boy I've ever met. If they can't love you for you, well then... there not worth your love.' said Roxy as she popped a gum in her mouth not bothering to look back at us.

'See no matter what happens D, you still have a family.' I said as I softly hugged him. He took a sharp breath. 'You guys are right!' said Danny looking at Sam and I followed by a glance at Roxy. 'Family is not just blood it's people who care about you.' said Danny as he looked at us and smiled.

'Darn... Right!' said Roxy as she drove on down the block of none other than The Fenton's....
