Chapter 2

"Like I said , Aominecchi ... I can't move on ! " Kise cried , staring intensely at Aomine who furrow his eyebrows in response .

" I know you couldn't but .... please .. ( Last Name ) wants you to be happy ... " Aomine said in a gentle tone .

" How can I be happy if she's not here ?! " Kise whisper-shouted , his face is burning red with anger as he tried his very best to hold it in as he is in public this very moment .

" Listen , Kise . Even though , ( Last Name ) is not here , her soul is here . Maybe her soul is really watching over us right now , right here . You want her to be happy , right ?! Be mature , Kise ! You're not a kid ! " Aomine exclaimed , keeping his exclaiming into the smallest volume as possible .

Scanning his surrounding , Aomine sighed as he dragged Kise out of Maji .

Kise's eye widen at this sudden action and resisted .

" Stop struggling ! We are going to the place where we can be private and less people . " Aomine said , trying to calm Kise down .

Hearing this sentence , Kise smacked Aomine's hand lightly and said , " I can walk by myself-ssu . "

- Time skip - In the park , 07.10.

" Okay . Let's continue where we left off . " Aomine said as he rolled up his deep icy blue  sleeves .

" I repeat once more , Kise . Be mature . Don't be a baby . Think of the ( Last Name ) in heaven ! She is everything to you right ? Think of her , dammit ! You will grant her anything , just to make her happy , right ? RIGHT ?! " Aomine exclaimed , his eyes reflected anger as Kise lower his head , his bangs covered his golden-orb eyes .

" Yes ... I will do anything to make her happy ... " Kise mumbled , still not facing Aomine .

" She wants you to lead a better life then her .... Fulfill her wishes , Kise ! For ( Last Name )'s sake ! Dammit ! Stop being a damn coward ! Think about ( Last Name ) why does she choose you ? Because you're handsome ? NO ! She loves you just the way you are ! Even if you are so damn reckless , damn negative , she stills loves you ! " Aomine shouts , louder and louder , leaving Kise speechless .

" Why ... Why are you telling me all of this ?! " Kise cried . " Just why ?! "

" Because .... " Aomine went silent for a second , turned his head away from the stare of his friend and mumbled enough for his friend to hear , " I had once ... fallen in love with her too . "

" You ... what ? " Kise uttered in disbelief , his energy's draining , he can't believe that his friend is also in love with the same girl as he does .

" No ... Please tell me this is all a lie... Please ... " Kise mumbled , his knees began to collapse onto the dry grass of the empty park . He felt that his world is falling apart , craking into tiny pieces . He just couldn't believe his ears and his eyes witnessing the confession in front of him .

" It's not a lie , Kise . It's the truth . The truth that I've been hiding from you for years . " Aomine confessed , doesn't dare to face Kise .

" ( Last Name ) rejected me and I knew it from the start that she will . Pathetic , right ? " Aomine said , then broke into a bitter laugh .

Kise just stay motionless , trying to process everything .

" T-Then , why do you support me ? Why ? " Kise whispers , his eyes is begging to know .

" Why do I support you ? You want to know ? Because I loved her , If she is happy then it will be enough . I will be happy too . " Aomine replied , his hands covering his onyx eyes .

" You are really lucky , Kise . You got to spend time with her , got to touch her , kiss her ..... While I'm here , crying my heart out , feeling the painful one-sided love , the love that will be never returned to me . " Aomine said , his eyes began to water , crystal tears slowly flow out of his eyes .

" You should be grateful , Kise ! You should ! There is no such a damn time to be crying over her now ! She wished you to be happy ! Why won't you fulfill it ?! " Aomine cried , letting all of his feelings out .

Kise stood there quietly and he started to walked closer , closer to the tanned-skinned male .

He stretched out both of his hands , and pulled the crying man into his shoulders and gave a tight , tight hug .

Aomine gasped at his friend's deep affection and suddenly felt something warm on his back .

" I'm so sorry ... I've been selfish all this time .... I'm sorry ... " Kise wailed , his tears uncontrollably falls down as he apologized .

They hugged each other tightly as they both thought of ( Name ) . They cried , they wailed , they sobbed . They shouted in frustration .

The chain of their friendship and ... the invinsible yet thick , chain .... will forever and ever locks them toghether , will support them through their hardship together ...

Friendship ... The most powerful weapon in the world .... will protect them to the end .
