You sat silently on the couch listening to Emma and Al's conversation. "So, how was your day?" "Good, you?" "Mine was good."
Its like it was normal for them. He walked in trailing blood everywhere. And then he sat down at the table and this is going on. 'Emma didn't look twice at the blood.' The thought made you want to vomit.
They turned to you. Making you snap out of your thoughts really quick. "Soo, ____ , how you feeling?" Emma asked. "I feel....fine. Thank you for asking."

You swallowed again, he turned to you, he smirked at you "Looking at my bat?" " No-" He cut you off. "I know, I know. You're looking at my size. You don't have to hide it, doll!" He winked teasingly. You blushed, "No! WTF!" Emma punched his arm playfully. "Stop it! You're embarrassing her!" "It means she likes me!" "No..." You mumbled at this point. "What was that? You do?!" You groaned. You got up and went into the kitchen. 'He's already annoying.' "Hey Emma?" You asked. "Hhmm?" She looked up. "Do you have something quick to eat?" Emma's eyes widened. "No! A-" she got cut off by Al jumping up really fast "I HAVE SOMETHING YOU CAN EAT!!!" He yelled. You looked at him in confusion. "MY D-" "YOU KNOW WHAT?! YES I DO HAVE FOOD YOU CAN EAT!" Emma yelled over Al. She quickly pulled out a ramen and started cooking it. "But-" she cut him off again, "No, Al. Just no."

You looked at his bat. 'The blood has dried...' "You like it?" He asked. You just kept staring. "Wanna see it closer?" He asked. You're eyes widened and you shook your head violently. "Don't worry. I'm not gonna hit you with it. I'm just askin' if you want to hold it." He stated. You stared at it again. Emma walked into the room. She was in pajamas. You looked at her.

'Must be that late.' said looking at the clock. It was only six. "Why?" You asked pointing at her clothes. "Oh, imma take a nap." "And leave me here with him?!" "Yup pretty much!" He started laughing. "Bu- But you can't do that!!!" You screamed. "You're not going to be bored if you want to ask what you're going to do. You're going on a "date" with him. I want to see if you too can become best of friends!" She said the last part way too excitedly. Al smirked. "Yeah, doll, you're coming with me, On a, road. Trip." You started stuttering, "B-but I barely k-know him!!!" You complained. "Suck it up, its just for a few hours." Emma laughed. Al sat there amused.

After a while you gave up. Emma finally went to her bedroom. You can hear her bed creak when she jumped on it. Al laughed, "Come on. Let's go." He said grabbing his bat. 'Oh, I hate this already.' You wined in your head.
