"I got him," Adela said as she walked through Scott's front door, Stiles in toe.
"What did you tell your dad?" Scott asked the lanky, flannel clad boy.
They walked quickly while talking. "Like I said to Del, I told my dad everything I could."
"But you didn't tell him about Liam?" The true alpha was obviously on edge. His hands were shaking and Adela felt the angst wafting off of him.
"You barely told me about Liam," Stiles snapped. "What did you do with him anyway?"
"He's upstairs," Scott said after a suspicious pause.
Adela scoffed. "And he hasn't tried to run?"
"No..."
The huntress didn't buy it. "Then what exactly is he doing?"
They got to the stairs and Scott turned around, stalling. "Uh... lying down."

"You put him in your bathtub?!" Adela yelled. "Really?"
Scott looked guiltily at the boy who had been duck taped so he couldn't get away. "I'm taking the tape off," she stated, moving to rip the grey tape off Liam's mouth.
"No!" Scott grabbed the girl by her waist, pulling her out of the bathroom while Stiles shut the shower curtain.
Once out of the bathroom the three sat down. Scott and Stiles sat on the bed and Adela plopped on the floor. "You're making us look like psycho killers," she stated, in a matter of fact tone. Scott looked down, resembling a whipped puppy.
Stiles groaned. "So you bit him." Scott nodded. "And you kidnapped him." Another nod. "And you brought him here."
"I panicked."
Stiles shook his head. "This isn't going to end with us burying the pieces of his body out in the desert, is it?"
Liam suddenly started struggling more and tried to yell louder. Adela's heart hurt.
"You two are idiots. I'll try to calm him down, just... figure something out," and with that, she walked to the bathroom and slammed the door shut.
"Liam? It's me," realizing that he might not know her voice, she clarified. "Adela Argent."
The struggling stopped which she guessed was a good sign. Drawing back the shower curtain she looked into his blue eyes. They were filled with fear and... something else.
"We won't hurt you, I won't let them hurt you," the dark haired girl said. Her tone spoke of honesty and loyalty. Liam believed her.
Now Adela could defiantly detect something in his eyes other than fear. Was it... excitement? No. That would be ridiculous. What would even be excited about anyway? She was just Adela, nothing special. She abruptly walked out of the small room, not wanting to think about Liam's complex feelings anymore.

They had taped him to a chair. The three teens stood in front of an angry looking Liam. His eyes were hooded and he regarded them all with contempt... well, all except for Adela.
"Liam, we're going to take the tape off your mouth," Stiles --who had thought of this new plan-- said. "If you scream, it goes right back on. If you talk quietly, it stays off. Got it?"
The boy nodded his head. "I really don't think this is necessary," Adela said, looking pointedly at Stiles.
"He needs to understand how dire the situation is. Okay," Stiles said, leaning over and ripping the tape off of Liam's mouth. The boy grunted in pain but didn't scream.
