9: To Fight Or Not To Fight

On to the story!!

3rd Person POV

L.J was in shock at what Mad was saying.

Fight them?

Sudden flash backs of when Mad first turned into a demon came rushing to him. He couldn't do it. He couldent fight her.

But he didn't have a choice when Mad suddenly lunged at him.

He disappeared into a flurry of smoke and appeared inches away to the left, flipping her onto her back.

He was shocked with his own actions until she started laughing.

"Hahahaha! That's what I'm talking about!" She cried out in what seemed to be joy.

She put her hands by her ears, her elbows pointing up. She threw her legs up and pushed, aiming to kick L.J in the jaw.

L.J's eyes widened and he stepped back before he could get hit.

Mad let the momentum of the kick throw her body backwards into a backflip, landing in a crouch.

She glanced at the rest of the rescue group.

"Sarahhh! Are you gonna fight?" Mad whined.

Sarah smiled and nodded. She shot her tentacles towards E.J. He was knocked off his feet and thrown backwards, the pastas behind him getting knocked backwards as well.

"You shouldn't have done that!" BEN yelled, underneath Toby.

Ben disappeared into an outlet by the door. The lights above Sarah began to shake. They suddenly fell on to her pinning her to the ground.

BEN appeared standing by the outlet smiling at his work.

By then, Medusa, E.J, Smile and Toby had picked themselves up and we're heading towards Zalgo. BEN groaned at the fact no one acknowledged his work, and ran after them.

As E.J ran past Sarah who was covered in the huge lights from above, a tendril shot out from the pile and grabbed his ankle. He tripped and fell letting out a surprised grunt.

"Jack!" Toby yelled stopping for a moment.

"Take care of Zalgo! Go!" E.J yelled.

Toby reluctantly nodded and kept running.

The lights behind E.J began to shake and lift up off the ground. Sarah rolled out from under the light, hissing and frowning.

She stood up and faced E.J who was still on the ground and raised a sharp tendril at his face. E.J's eyes widened and he glanced at the knife in his hand before bringing it down onto the tentacle, slicing it clean off.

Sarah let out a scream and blood squirted from the severed tentacle onto E.J's leg. E.J scrambled to his feet and looked at Sarah clutching her wounded tendril and screaming.

He glanced over at the fight going on between L.J and Mad.

She was beating the living shit out of him cause he didn't want to fight her.

Mad on the other hand looked like she was having a blast inflicting pain on L.J. She was laughing and giggling all over the place.

E.J directed he's eyes back at Sarah. Her black eyes with glowing red dots in the middle held no emotion, it was her smile that said it all. It was murderous and sadistic, stretching from ear to ear.

There seemed to be none of what Sarah used to be, left. That easily forgiving girl who loved to dance and would throw a fit if any living thing was harmed.

Now, she wanted him dead.
